I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered my item. I thought it would take at least a month to receive my item but surprisingly it took only a week. Pleasant experience!

Insulting they do not care about customers they cancel orders when we were relying on delivery without any explaination and they still do not offer any answers

I have placed my order on the 8th with the product showing as in stock, after I made my payment I was contacted the following Monday informing me that the product is out of stock, and I have to wait till the 19th for it to be back in stock and ship out, it is the 19th as I am writing this, and still no status update on my product, I'm very disappointed.

I had a phone like I bought for many years. I was very sad when the phone died. I was very happy to find that DeplyDepot was offering exactly the same and at a very good price

I have ordered the 17.3 inch HP laptop carrying bag. I communicted with the sales rep. Over the thephone. She was helpful and each time I called, there was no wait. The best part was, I spoke to a real person, and the delivery was quick. Within less than a week my bag arrived from Montreal to Ontario! I use the bag everyday to carry my laptop to and from work. The bag is of high quility and even more spacious than I expected. I would defenitely recomend Deply Depo to my family and friends, and others. You won't be dissapointed!

Shipped to wrong address, didn't use fast shipping to fix the issue.

It was difficult to understand the lady today which I was talking to explained to me exaccly what I was to do and she took me step by step and was vary understanding I have age behind me and did not understand why it was so hard to use my credit card with you people and she said all I had to do was call you and you would have helped me but the first lady said use etransfer and what ever that is welcome to you so I would like to thank the lady today she made my day thank you

I sought out the lowest possible price for a Grandstream WP820 Enterprise Portable Wi-Fi phone in Canada. DeployDepot came up the winner, even and especially against Amazon.ca, who offered a "refurbished" unit for $27 more! So, on a leap of faith, I ordered the two units from DeployDepot, having never done business with them before, nor had I ever heard of them. But being a Canadian company, in my old home town of Montreal, I thought I would take a chance.

What a pleasant surprise when the two units turned up a mere few days later via Canada Expresspost, in perfect, pristine, brand new / never opened condition. The box was perfectly packed, and I was even immediately impressed by the packing tape DeployDepot used on the box, printed with their own logo and information. Classy! And it was even a bonus that they included a pen and a pad of DeployDepot post-it notes gratis in the box!

So, in a word, yes, I would purchase again from these folks. They look like they are running a class act, and I wish them great success.

Great site, fast deliveries, even to the US. Amazing that they even have some of this stuff in stock given supply chain issues.
