This company displayed an item that I ordered, but the item delivered was not what was described or as photographed and portrayed on their webpage for the item. They don't take calls on the phone # prominently displayed on their website, and in email response to my complaint they repeatedly stated that they don't take opened items. The item wasn't even in the manufacturer box shown on their webpage for the item, so it was already "open" upon receipt. Therefore, according to them, they won't take it back. Nevertheless, they provided an RA# and address for me to ship it back to them, at my expense. If they don't take back opened items due to potential infection and sanitation concerns, why did they give me an RA#? This is totally futile and illogical. They should just refund my money, since who ever shipped my item was playing some sort of joke. I have photos of what the item looked like on the website but their image isn't large enough for this website. I have sent proof of purchase.

Suspect fraud
June 26, 2013

Suspect fraud. Ordered 6 aqualizers and got confirmation of UPS from dental depot but came from *******@comcast.net... Tracking stopped short on August 7 and called UPS as supposed to get by the 9th. They said to call Dental Depot, which I did but constantly busy signal. I suspect fraudulent website is the key here.

I ordered a product their website listed as "in stock". After a week i contacted them to see when the item had shipped & was told it hadn't shipped because the item was "out of stock". They offered to substitute a similar item (only difference was one was mint flavored and one was unflavored). I agreed but when the shipment arrived instead of the $3.23 price for the original product i ordered i was billed $9.70 for the exact item the only difference being one was mint flavored and the other unflavored. I emailed them asking why the huge price difference but they didn't have the common courtesy to reply. I won't do business with them again.

Horrible experience

Awful customer service. The company never notifies you if there is an issue with your order. You have to call the company to find out why you haven't received your order

I was sedated on every occasion they have me sign papers when I was sedated they did not complete their work nor were they qualified to do the work that I needed over 6 months period of time and nothing was still done except for I paid them a bunch of money and they kept it over $4,000 now I had to go to a new dentist to knew what he was doing thank God skyview dental if you need a good dentist and it took him 3 weeks to do what they couldn't do in 6 months other than steall my $4,000
