Had a professional mount tire on wheel. It would not hold air. Suppose to be tubeless. Called Demon's Cycle and they refused to let me return it because I had a tire mounted. I told them that was the only way to find out if the wheel is any good. No response from the person I was talking to. PRODUCT IS A TOTAL PIECE OF CRAP! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They sent me the wrong part. I returned it immediately to the address listed and it was returned to me. The address posted was incorrect. I re-sent it immediately, they accepted it and and signed for it and will not credit my credit card account. They never returned my call and it took 5 attempts to speak to someone. Tehy indicated it was passed 30 days. I followed the exact method they instructed me to follow. Patrick, the supervior was very rude and uncooperative. I would stay away from them! Buddy Satterfield
