Publix Super Markets Grocery Delivery

I placed an order online to be ready at 5:50. When I arrived nobody was in line at 5:40. The lady my request was for 5:50 which they had not started on. I returned at 5:50 and they still had not started. So I had to wait until 6:04. Cullman Publx

No door bell ringing. Missing ice cream. I will never use your services nor recommend them.
I am paying for poor service.

I hate instacart they were told not to charge me $99. This is BS. I will shop at publix in Valrico always never use their delivery service

Don't don't don't, get anything delivered or purchased from Publix! Watch Out you will think it is FREE It Is NOT FREE.
You Should Know they work with a third company supposedly Called Instacart. They will ask you at the beginning if you agree to get Instacart without explaining what Instacart is, I was under the impression it was a credit card so I DECLINED it even if you decline, they will continue and process your order and charge you extra fees you did not consent for and before you know it you are paying an extra difference of 20% of your carts original total! When i called to dispute and cancel, they did cancel and made sure to let me know that I needed to read the underline sentences, BUT I DECLINED THE BIG PRINT!
FRAUGULANT! Also, all the prices on the website at least 20% more than in the store.
Publix should be ashamed taking advantage of the handicap, elderly, Sick, Mothers... these are the small people who will get a delivery The ones that are less fortunate and can not make it to the store!
A company that makes billions each day! I call out for all the people to read this and decide if they will buy again at Publix!
