Publix Super Markets Grocery Delivery

I tired this once...and they completely gave me the wrong order. I tried to either return it of get replacement and I go no response. I wish I could give this zero stars. I will never use this again. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I specifically stated that if my item was not in stock to refund to original payment method, but instead I was brought the wrong thing and when I complained they only gave me back $2! Do NOT use Publix Instacart! You will not be satisfied. Just use Walmart + instead!

I've been shopping from Publix instacart for years. This last experience, All of my frozen items were completely thawed, chicken and burgers! They were not even cold at all. I contacted them and all they did was refund me and tell me that, the shopper I had was blocked from delivering to my address in the future. I wanted to know how and why my frozen items were allowed to be thawed out completely to the point where they were warm. Zero explanation from them. They ignored my questions repeatedly! I will never order anything from Publix ever again! They don't care about the customer at all. It's shameful.

Publics have a great selection, very good, well-trained employees and sell high-quality products. The down side is their prices are not that competitive with other stores. I personally don't mind paying a little extra for the reasons I mentioned above. However, when it comes to home deliveries they use instacart. They are the worst, most unprofessional delivery service I have ever encountered. I hate them with a passion,,I would rather starve to death than use them for delivery! They overcharge you and repeatedly lie to you about your delivery time. I'm 71 and I can say I have never had a worse experience with any company over any issue that was so horrible. They make cable companies look good!

I have used Publix Instacart delivery services a number of times and can only count on 3 fingers the number of thine there has NOT been a problem with my order. From poor replacements to wrong items, to being told that items which were in stock were not available...the quality performance standards are low,. Shoppers don't communicate, don't read or follow instructions and this past order I was charged 7.99 delivery, 4.00 service and 1.79 for a tip...well over 33 percent of of my $35 order...which was not correct or complete...I will do my best to avoid this expensive and poor quality service in future and recommend others do the same.

Publix Instacart delivery is 25 percent minimum more expensive than Walmart delivery and grocery prices. I was so disappointed that Publix can't find a better, less expensive way for their customers. I will not shop at Publix any longer!

Placed an order of sandwiches for my team at noon and was to be delivered by 1:50pm. At 1:52 my order was cancelled by "the shopper" and I was charged $15.90 cancellation fee! This is a scam, do not use Publix Delivery service or Instacart for any other store!

This is my first time ordering from Publix. The item that I purchased said it was one size, and the one's that I received were a smaller size. I would give 0 stars if I could. I learned a lesson today. Never order anything from this Publix site. Go directly to the store. The product is advertised as 25.4 Oz, and what you get is 22.6 oz.

I was unable to pick up the order at the set time in the evening so contacted in the morning about picking it up. They said I picked it up. I did not, I contacted instacart support who did not help. Some shopper received my order.

I haven't heard from my friend 12 years she decided to send me something instacart from Publix in Anniston. They delivered it twice and won't give it to my mama like that can't tell she's 70 years old asking her for ID. So she tried to get them to deliver it to my job 5 minutes away. And they canceled it. Not ever again

Just awful service. Always an issue, always an aggravation. Just not worth the hassle and a the junk you have to deal with just to get your order. Considering how much more expensive Publix is over other markets, I would and do expect more from them. Their home delivery amounts to nothing more than a ridiculous joke!

I shop and use their delivery service because I am in a wheelchair. I have had items out of stock and substituted. I have always been able to apply another choice. It may be a higher choice. I usually don't choose it. I get really good service and they bring my groceries inside and put them on my counter. They are always on time and sometimes early. The only complaint is by using Instacart is that they are high. Sometimes they go up every week. I am on a fixed income and this really hurts. I can't afford their price on any bacon. I have items that I can't afford, and I can't purchase them. I know that there is inflation and shortages but, the prices need adjusting. I really like Publix and I intend to keep using the delivery service.

Will never use Publix & Instacart again. So many extra charges before the extra $99 charge I received. Caught by Visa Fraud Alert. Wouldn't even deliver water case to 3rd floor. Such a scam. Received a $99 charge on credit card for 1 use. Almost had to cut credit card. Had to wait an hour on phone to correct - sure that was planned. Not a way to run a business!

Ordered Meyer lemons@ Publix website, with no substitutions allowed, but Instagram substituted regular lemons. I had no way to interface with Instagram at the store but Publix service dept did help. Publix wanted to refund $3.25 less than I paid because Instagram marks it up. Finally Publix agreed to refund what I paid but said it was not their responsibility because Instagram is a 3rd party not affiliated with Publix. Do not use Instagram unless you don't care what you get and want to pay more for it.

Publix bakery makes delicious cakes, but has recently stopped making one of their most popular cakes. When I went in to order their Basket Weave cake, I was told that they no longer made that cake because "it was too much trouble to make." I was stunned at the reason given...I thought we paid the bakery for the "trouble" they go through to make cakes! The great thing about this cake was that it had a lot of icing and beautiful flowers covering the top...I asked why they didn't just start charging more if it took more time and was told again that it was just too much trouble. Then I found out that if I asked for more icing on another cake they do still make, that it would be a huge increase in price. Wow. The Publix ads that show how wonderful and customer friendly their bakery is sure don't show the heart of the bakery folks at Publix grocery stores who apparently make decisions based on how hard something is...not even Publix bakers want to do any work for their customers now. Maybe they should work from home, too...

First and last I will use their delivery service and shopping altogether. They are dishonest and failed to follow to my complaint. I placed on order online for delivery and the sale price that was advertised on one of their items suddenly changed to a higher price and at least 4 of the items listed were out of stock so I got alerts from the associate and suggestions for replacements at a higher price and last, but not least, they added a fraudulent/unauthorized tip charge on my card

So it's my wife's 40th birthday I have her flowers and Candy sent up to the place where she worked and these people really sent a big black burly transsexual man want to be woman to deliver her flowers really

I've tried Publix delivery using Instacart 7 times and I've yet to receive a correct order. Most of the time it's getting charged for an item I didn't receive or getting one of a Buy One Get One Free. I also ordered a lettuce and got a cabbage, ordered fat free milk and got 2% milk, ordered sugar free products and got the item with sugar and more. Today my order was missing the Boars Head Deli Roast Beef but I was charged $6.10 for it. I also only got one of the Weight Watchers Ice Cream bars and it was BOGO. The other odd thing was that half the items I ordered were not in stock. I order from them because I'm too busy to go myself and then I have to go anyway to return items or exchange something. This time I have to go because half my order was missing.
