DeepL is a free translator service online that's like Google but actually tries to be correct. While it doesn't have all languages on there, especially the crap that millennials speak and call 'English' it does have a good variety of some of the most common things.

While I've found the website to be more helpful than the downloadable app, which tries translating things that aren't even words, I'd say it works as a quick translation tool if you need one.
