I have been trying since may to get my order! Have talked to 2 people. No one will return my calls, send my order or return my money! When I did talk to someone my order was on backorder. They will email me when it comes in on July 17th and still nothing and still no one will call me back! Never again will I do business with this company again!
I orderEd a bath drain. It's already weeks ahead of original ETA. I tried to call customer service many times. Usually I need to wait for 1 hour until get someone to speak with. They always tell me they will send update email to me and I will receive nothing. I have to return the unshipped item. Seems like I have to wait for another year for the answer or refund.
I usually don't vent on reviews but I feel like I need to share my experience with this company. After reading other reviews, there definitely seems to be a trend. I purchased and paid for some bar sinks at the end of March. At the time of purchase, there was no indication that the item was on backorder. Two weeks had passed and the item was not received. I called customer service and was told that the item was on backorder and was scheduled to ship at the end of April. About the 1st week of May, I called to confirm shipping and still couldn't receive any kind of confirmation. I left several messages. Finally, I was told that the item wouldn't ship for a while. I requested a refund. They never processed my refund and I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Bottom line... I understand these are challenging times, but some communication goes a long way. This merchant's failure to communicate with me on the status and not process my refund is the main reason why I'm sharing my experience.
I will NEVER attempt to buy anything from these people again. They don't have poor customer service, they have NO customer service. After I placed an order, I was unable to get ahold of them in any way. They don't answer the phone, respond to voice mails, or reply to emails. I could not find out when my order would arrive, or get any information whatsoever. I left numerous messages cancelling my order, and I ordered from Amazon. My Amazon order showed up 2 days later, and still no word from decorglobe. Then I got a message from UPS telling me I had an order coming. I refused the order, and now I'm fighting to get my money back. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
We purchased a product that we ended up not needing and requested an RMA to return it, understanding there would be a restocking fee. Despite several emails (responded to by a auto-message) and phone calls (placed immediately on hold and then sent to voicemail), it's been 3 months and still no RMA and no resolution. The total purchase is only $32.92 and after they take a restocking fee they are probably making money. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere; build.com, etc.
Like many reviews in this site, we have tried to contact customer service about returns a few of the items we ordered. NO ANSWER in weeks, phone number says customer service disconnected...
I placed an order on April 10th and after several attempts to get a ship date with no results I gave up. My order finally arrived on May 10th. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I could have ordered from Amazon, but was trying to save a few bucks because Décor Globe was priced lower. My MISTAKE! I will never order from them again.
Ordered to faucets April 19 2020. To this day the company will not answer the phone in any department! Every department is referred to email Anna! Who never gets back to you! When I finally got an email back it was asking me to pick an answer! Have I received item? Did I cancel? I'm like seriously?! Do you not know! I just want my money bank and will go to Home Depot
I ordered one small product around 4 weeks ago. When I ordered it, there was no mention of it taking so long. If it came from China it should be here by now. I would have gone to Amazon or somewhere else, except this particular product was not available anywhere else. When I ordered it, I was not told that it was out of stock, so I assumed it could get to me in 10 days to 2 weeks. I keep getting emails asking me for feedback. I get curt replies that I need to wait one or two more weeks, and I will be notified when it's shipped. It hasn't even been shipped yet. I may love the product when it comes, I don't know. Will it ever come? It was also pricey! I appreciate the no sales tax, but had to pay shipping. Not happy!
I ordered something from them 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I called about 15 times and waited on hold for 20 mins average each time and the rude disgusting woman hung up on me each time. If I wasn't hung up on, she transferred me without telling me she was transferring me to a bogus VM. I sent another 6 emails asking for someone to call me ASAP or respond to the email and absolutely nothing. This is really sad and absurd. I'm pregnant and trying to get my nursery together and the way they treat their paying customers is appalling. This was my first and last order with them. I need to now go through the process of disputing this with my bank. Save your money and run! These people are running a huge scam. I thought I was safe because they claim to have been in business for over 10 years and have a US number but I was so wrong! You are better off paying more or going through Amazon.
This is extremely bad customer service, i was order from them, take over 2 weeks still not ship my product to me yet! I called customer service cant hep me at all. I still waiting for my order to ship over 3 weeks already. Cant deal with this poor company.
I had to return a fixture that was provided by California Faucets and I had no responses to my E-mails, so I called. It took two calls to get an RMA to return the item to California Faucets. I returned the item two weeks ago and have not received a credit posted to my credit card. So, I will start calling again. Very poor business systems.

Found all that I needed at a good price. The product took a little longer than Amazon. But I could see that they were quality products and the price was great.
We ordered a faucet. One week later it hadn't arrived. We wrote: No response. We called: No response. Finally, we got someone on the phone who told us that the product had been discontinued.
I placed an order and they said it would ship in 3-5 days. I waited almost 2 weeks and called them about no shipment received. They told me the order was delayed and thy would ship it next week. It was Thursday afternoon when I called and I got the shipment in 3 days on Monday. I was notified by UPS that On Friday on the same week I would be getting another shipment of the same thing. I called the company and told them about the mix up and was put on hold for at least a half hour. They told me someone put down 2 orders instead of one.to wait until I get the order and call them on Monday and the would send me a return label. I did that and spent so much time on hold I hung up. I called back the next day and still got put on hold and he called me back and told me he didn't know what pick up service was used FEDEX or UPS and said leave it outside your door and it would be picked up. Well it's been setting outside for 2 days now and still no pickup. My charge card has charged me for both orders when I ordered just one. He told me that can't be it must be in pending mode. I told him no. I will call again tomorrow and hope I don't have a change of birthday waiting on hold. I checked with my VISA card and there was no second charge on it. I have not gotten any correspondence on what to do with the second package. I will just forget about it and move on.
I promise you the tiny bit of savings you will get will not be worth the hassle. Part of my hardware order arrived, part never did, part of it was wrong. I have called no fewer than seven times, I have spent hours on hold, got it all resolved, and then had to call to get the return authorization several more times. I know all of their names by now. No kidding. I placed my order on March 7. It is now April 18 and I still am trying to get the correct order, and have not even been enabled to return the mistakes yet because every time they call they say they are sending a return label and NEVER DO. I have wasted hours and hours on a simple hardware order.
I've lost count of the many ways DecorGlobe has exasperated me since placing an order 3 weeks ago. First, note that all the competitors promised an arrival date within a week, some within 2-3 days. But I chose DecorGlobe because my item was $20 less there.
Trying to get information is a timely and costly investment. Expect to be on hold for 15-20 min and to possibly (1 of 3 times I called) ultimately be thrown into a voice mail or hung up on, after your long hold. The contact number they publish on the site is not a toll free number, making the phone wait (and potential hang up) even more frustrating.
When you order, you are not provided any details regarding stock, ship date, expected arrival date or even method of shipment. You are simply left hanging. I know of no other company, in this day of Amazon, that does business that way and survives. Yet, here they are! It's a miracle.
After receiving an email from them last week--my first contact from them since the "We received your order and we are not giving you any details about it" email--implying that I should have received my order (It read basically, "Click here to let us know you received your order. If you did not receive your order, then wait 48 hours and contact us." I should add that no contact information was provided. The company clearly does not want to deal with the public.
I waited over 48 hours. I am calling them now on April 2, Tuesday, and their voice mail says they are closed for the next WEEK! Yes, the next WEEK! Again I ask, HOW do they remain in business? I would like to take a class from them on how to make money while neglecting clients.
Bottom Line: I ordered from this company because they were a few dollars less than competing companies. In retrospect, I would spend double what I saved to never have to endure Decor Globe again.
-i order a shower drain and wanted to return when i got it to buy a new one called the company number only to be on hold for 30mins no one would pick up and when they did they would hang up in my face finally talked to someone threw and email and they said i would have to get and RA label for a return they was suppose to send it too me in 2 days still haven't received anything the only way they would respond is threw and email and basically it been a nightmare to get my money send back to my card i had to dispute the claim with my credit card company! This company is a SCAM!
I placed an order a month prior to this, that was never shipped. Called the company. On hold for 32 minutes, only to be hung up on without so much as a "Hello". Called back, same thing after 16 minutes. Called back and instead or choosing the 'customer service' option I chose the option for 'contractors' in their automated menu. After that, I was finally connected with someone. I can only assume this was because those of us only ordering one item are not worth the time to assist.
It was discovered that the item was backordered but I was never made aware of this fact. So, I informed the person assisting me that I would like to cancel the order. He said he would talk to the company they had ordered it from (?) and see if he could do that. In the end, I had to call my card company to dispute the charge.
I would discourage anyone from doing business with this company.
