This bully rude Brigham is a WASP illegal social privilege who are perceived to be snobbish and exclusive, such as being members of restrictive private social clubs for harassment of people like me with following particulars:
On July 14,2022 I attended your branch at the City of Vaughan Ontario to pick up my order *******. Staff was unprofessional; several times they asked my name, unable to find it called someone else. I asked several staff about different things, mostly about bikes. They had no knowledge, and took time finding answers. Goods mostly had no Price Posted or WRONG Tags Causing Scan Error that according to Ontario law neither must be given for FREE or as tanged. Staff called White Canadian Very Rude Manager Brigham. He was arguing trying to mislead me that sucks posted $10 why scanned $25. I asked him to scan the sucks posted $13; came $9.
When I stepped out I realized if I want to use these NEW stuff then I will always recall Brigham was rude face and arrogant attitude which had no business skill to AT LEAST APOLOGIZE; AND ASKING SEVERAL STAFF TO CLOSELY WATCH ME( 4 AT New Bikes; one woman with glasses], a guy followed to to self check out Didn't let I do it) in middle of store! THUS I TOLD HIM THAT I WANT TO RETURN ALL ITEMS Brigham while walking always SAID "I DON'T CARE we have million customers. So I returned everything
