Three months been charged still have received no product nor any communication from the company after multiple emails
Monthly subscription signed up for in February. No product recd. Charged for 2 months before I cancelled. No product has been sent. Recd 2 tracking #s that still show not given to shipper. No responses to emails.
I signed up for a 6 month prepaid membership on 12/7/24. I still haven't received any product or response to numerous emails as of 2/10/25. Terrible business, steer clear!
Actually included a "Designer Imposter"as one of the fragrance selections. Tiny samples. Don't waste your money. See photos for comparison to size of Scentbird selection.
I did the 3 month membership, never received ANY of the items/goods! Complete scam! I emailed them a few times, no response! Don't recommend at all!
Debonair Scents suggests they send you designer fragrances. However, I got Charlie and 2 other drugstore perfumes. Pathetic! A real disappointment!
Do not use this service. I have been charged 3 months with the same tracking information and when sending an email to customer service, the email did not exist.
They are scammers and are not legitimate. The email to contact them does not exist. They took my money and never sent my perfume. They are scammers with no way of contacting them. PLEASE BE AWARE OF DEBONAIRSCENTS THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE!
Two payments out of my account, and I've not received any samples or anything in the mail. 1st payment was at the end of October 2023

Their contact us email doesn't exist. They send you a tracking number but your order will never arrive.
I could buy these scents at Walmart for about $15. Jovan? Seriously? I was hoping to get some new scents, not something my grandma wears.
I signed up for the subcription to recieve 3 samples a month at 40 dollars for 3 months. While i always recieved them they were usually late. I cancelled due to i really just wanted to sample what they would send me and was too expensive to keep subceiption going. On a good note i did discover a few food samples that led me to purchasing full bottles
I was duped into signing on with this scam company( i thought I was signing on with a reputable scent co but got sent to this scam page). I signed up this past May and got charged and have NEVER received my item. I got an email on 6/9 from this scammer saying that my order is on it's way... Turns out NOTHING! They lead you on with the fake email regarding tracking... btw there is NO WAY TO TRACK THIS ORDER. I have also tried using the email attached to their homepage and it comes back AS NOT FOUND. DOES NOT EXIST. I have reported them to my bank as Fraud. There is also NO WAY TO DELETE OR REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT OR YOUR CC INFO FROM THEIR ALLEGED WEBSITE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CO YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE AND THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOUR CC EACH MONTH.
They charged my twice before I received my first shipment. I had the service for 3.5 months, I've been charged 4 times, and to this date I've received 2 packages. I've cancelled my subscription.
More frustration: I've asked several, (I believe 4 or 5 separate tickets,) times for a refund for the non delivered packages, but their support WILL NOT help. It's like talking to a brick wall. I've requested the money owed to be refunded several times with either no response, or a response that doesn't correlate to my situation, followed by, again, no response.
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
Stay Away! Do not Buy from these charlatans!
