I recently ordered a few items from the company to try their Plus Size clothing. I ordered two dresses and a sweater. One of the dresses and the sweater fit perfectly and look beautiful in person. The other dress, while lovely did NOT fit. However, when I reached out to the company, they were helpful in trying to find an alternate solution. I would definitely buy from Dear-Lover again.

I will never refer anyone to them... I will never shop there again... its a million of them there named "Crystal"... so u really don't know who you are working with...

I was blocked for inquiring about mii refund...

I haven't even contacted them lately but they are still blocking me...

CRYSTAL was supposed to be helping but made things worse...

I had to cancel an event because of her! Or whoever I'd been dealing with... I LOST ALOT OF MONEY DUE TO THEM NOT EXPLAINING THIS PROPERLY!

I WAS GOING TO ORDER 4 ITEMS. WHEN I GOT TO THE VERY END OF SUPPLYING ALL MY INFORMATION, I DOUBLE CHECKED BEFORE I ORDERED. TO MY AMAZEMENT, THEY HAD A CHARGE OF $52.00 FOR SHIPPING! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!? CANCELLED ORDER IMMEDIATELY. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM IF THEY CAN'T LOWER THOSE CHARGES. RIDICULOUSLY HIGH!

I have made a purchase to them, the bank have informed me of the payment, when i log into their site, they are telling me payment pending all they are doing is taking your money and not giving you your products, they are a bunch of thieves!

I put in a insert of 8 shirts and had $66 dollars shipping! Then they wouldn't expect my debit card and it is still pending! Don't know if they took the money or not!

Over the last 2 weeks i have tried to order several items for a trade show. My order has been cancelled twice and no response. My CC is charged each time then the money is returned.
What is going on... what need to be verified.
Just totally frustrated with this company... such a waste of time.
Does anyone know other wholesalers who have similar items? Hopefully they would rather my money.

Please don't deal with this company especially Hilary. I made 2 purchases and my 1st they overcharged me in shipping and the 2nd I was missing merchandise which means once again I was overcharged for shipping for items I didn't receive and they ignored my emails. I had to open a dispute through my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I liked them until last week. I ordered 14 Led Zeppelin tie dye tees. They all arrived with gibberish, illegible graphics. ( not like their photo on the web site) I was offered 50% refund & suggested I try to sell these idiotic tees at a discount. I'd be ashamed to ask for money for them. I expect them to take 100% responsibility NOT 50%. I am open to replacement, credit or full refund. They expect me to eat the cost for their production error. I no longer feel I can trust them to stand behind their product. They simply won't.

Merchandise is defective, cheap material and cheap tailoring, no customer service, I emailed and texted and no one responded back,
They also sent two different colors of the same dress I ordered and they present it on the website differently.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL

When you ask dear-lover.com (dropship-clothes.com) to dropship items for you, they put their company name on the waybill form. You lose clients that you tried hard to get by doing marketing, the clients end up ordering from them instead of ordering from you again. It's all a scam. If you've been dealing with DEAR LOVER for years, ask for your client's waybill forms. You will see what I'm talking about. Other companies I use for lingerie don't do that. My loyal customers also reported this to me, asked if my company is under Dear-Lover

I have a small business and was ordering items for my website. When i received my order some of the merchandise was WRONG and not what i ordered. When I contacted customer service they had the nerve to tell me they would refund the DIFFERENCE of the item with next order, and for me to try to sell the wrong items they sent me and reorder the correct items. REALLY you want me to pay for your mistake! You sent me these horrible dresses that you decided to send me and want me to sell! Now they are not answering my emails and I am filing a claim through Paypal to receive my money back.

I received merchandise from this company and it absolutely SUCKS there is no way that I can sell this merchandise to anyone. The sizing is way off med & large dresses and jumpers are more like kid sizes. I tried one dress on and almost chocked due to it not being made correctly and goes around the neck. The zippers don't work the seems are crooked. Now I'm out of $318 and it will cost me $112 to send back this company is a rip off and don't stand behind their merchandise because they know its poorly made. The worst experience I've ever had when ordering something online

Can't believe I spent £160 on this rubbish some are sewed together no where to put your head through to wear, what is this I'm gutted! Speechless, PLEASE no-one should ever order from this website because they are like rugs put together. I'm taking the whole package to watchdog programme and they going to truck them and shame them big time. Rubbish!

The items description is very limited and all you have to go by is the pictures of the items, which is what I did on the item I purchased. I wanted to love this item and use them to embroider on for resale! I can't sell these to nobody! The material is very itchy, the cheapest type of material possible. The picture looked like a nice cotton pullover, and loose fitting. I tried on the extra large to get the fit I was looking for, and it was probably the true medium size. There is no size label or care instructions on any of the items! Very disappointed hoping to get a full refund!

Clothes are fine, the shipping is the rip off. The international rates for dhl, ups and fed ex are posted. They charge triple for shipping on each order so you are paying triple price and the shipping

This is the second time using Dear-lover, my first experience was awesome. I decided to use their drop shipping services and I must say im disappointed. I paid for my order on the 4 of march but on my account it still says unpaid order. I tried emailing several times and calling but to no help at all. My emails still remain un-answered, this is truly a bad experience.

I had a 325.00 pre order and only received half the product and did not get credited for the product missing. NO 800 number to call. Only a number in China... the call cost me almost as much as the merchandise missing and no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Crazy they wanted over $1,500 for shipping on a 650 order. Crazy that how they get you... great sale prices get you hooked then slap you with outrageous shipping charges no way! Warning you!

Had been using the website for dropship services for a a while with ok results - slow to ship and some dodgy items sent out. Made a large payment for 200 + customer orders (over $4000 worth) which they never sent! They only marked about half of the orders paid once we transferred the money then left them sitting marked as paid for weeks and weeks promising to send them each time i enquired! We are currently working with our bank to retrieve the money we paid. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
