So easy to see the dealdash is the Sucker land of online bidding sites. I ran from this one after going through the process of watching, bidding, and losing bids after seeing items being bid up above retail and the bidder spending more on bids than product. Paying Twice! Some bidders spend more on the bids rather than the item.
If you enjoy gambling, you will love DealDash. It is so costly to "win" an item of any value, and most "winners" spend more on the bids than the item is worth. I watched an auction off and on for two days and figured out that the "winner" had spent over $1200 in bids, (at the least expensive price of 15 cents per bid) for an item that was claimed by Dealdash to have a retail value of around $500, and still had to pay for the item! If you love losing money, Dealdash is the place for you!

People value bids very differently especially if they win a 2000 or 5000 Bid Pack with just a few bids. My wife and I had an unfortunate issue occure durning a mass sale, That dealdash was offering. Upon reporting this to the technical team, we received a response much quicker than expected. In general, the Support Team at Deal Dash has been exceptional. They ALWAYS respond to technical issues, and they have credited my account with bids each and every time something has come up. But, overall Service is JUST as exceptional. I recently won a grill on a Monday evening. UPS had it at my door at 5:30 PM 2 DAYS LATER, on Wednesday! THAT was a major accomplishment in Order Fulfillment for Deal Dash AND superb service by UPS (who had just been berated in the Media for failure to deliver all Christmas packages during one of the most vicious freezes to 1/3 of our country!). 'Free Shipping' in Deal Dash Land is more than just 'free' - it is EXCEPTIONAL Service as well! Keep up the GREAT work, Deal Dash!

I had several questions on the cost of bidding and the balance after bidding. I was also concerned that the timing of bidding was an issue. All these questions were answered quickly and I got right back into bidding on the item.
Deal Dash is fantastic. I love the penny bids. All gift cards and merchandise I have received is awesome. If you do have an issue the response is quick and thorough.
I have never had a negative experience on DealDash. Saying it is an honest company/site just doesn't seem to say enough! Great opportunity for deals, Quick and free shipping. An opportunity to earn free bids, and to buy what you bid on an didn't win.
Items won or bought are faulty. Return information is ambiguous. Loosing several items when almost double of the winning number of bids are used seems "funny"
Especially looking at the number of bids that won the same items at an earlier auction. Several times when I was using my hand held I could not log into the
Automatic bid page. I have used all my bids and will make purchases of items at
Name Stores.
Been trying for a refund like advertised, they said 3-5 days, been 9days, no way to call them, going to BBB.

Deal Dash is a great auction as a beginner I have made a few mistakes. Each time I have contacted customer services, they got back with me in a very timely fashion and always answer my question very well this last time the mistake was mine due to I did not read the rules they explained the rules to me and gave me my bids back. They went above and beyond. Thanks so much deal dash one happy bibber! :) :)

Hi Jim, if you have not won an auction with your first bid pack you can get those bids back for a second chance. You're also eligible for a refund on your first purchase if you're not satisfied. It's difficult to know what bidders actually spend because of the many ways to get free bids and chances to win bids. It's very rare to see the final selling price go above the cost of the item and if it does it's usually because it's a special auction where the winner does not have to pay the final price.
