I tried to order an item and they told me they couldn't get the item and that they had a modified version and cancelled my order. I reached out to the manufacturer directly and they have not modified this item at all. I then spoke to customer service they reordered the item and they then cancelled the item for a second time saying their item version was different. It has been a horrible experience from start to finish.

I ordered a futon from dealbeds.com and it looked like what was advertised but was most uncomfortable piece of furniture ever. It came with wood splinters and irritating to skin fabric. Dealbeds.com told me I had to pay for shipping back to them which was half the cost of the item. The cost of doing business with them to get a terrible product was $219.00. Don't use this company, products are terrible and expensive.
