Everything I have read from these writers has been clickbait. They do not know how to put together an insightful story and they regurgitate what big media companies and connect it to top (fill in the blank) lists and other garbage that does not actually contribute any novel information or wisdom.
Highly dissatisfied, to me it appears that they speak on subjects that they do not truly have the right to. They also use there platform to paint good people in a bad light and spread false information for attention

UPDATE: Shocker of shockers, Deadspin's owners issued an ultimatum that their writers stick to sports and they all quit and whined to the media. Gotta be honest, it's all for the best. The site was just out of control and lost its way. Will be happy to see it restarted by people who actually care about sports.
Used to be a decent sports site, but their anti-conservative, race-baiting articles have gotten out of control. It's ruining the site. Several of the articles seem to be really vindictive and personal, like someone conservative insulted their mother. It's just ridiculous.
Yall gonna sue a kid for what 1000s of others where doing at that same game. You think attacking a child is a good thing when it makes you looks worse. You use to have good sports story's but now it's just anything to get money cause all of yall are sick monsters who don't have a heart. Site used to be about sports and used to be enjoyable. Now, just a political and spends half their energy trying to tell themselves they are better than barstoolsports.
