The Sangean ATS-909X, great product for the price paid, ideal radio would cost minimum of five to ten times price paid which I do not have. I had a one day delay as I has first orderd through newegg which they pass on to datavision causing my bank to freeze my account as process looked suspicious going through a second party, so I sugest to order direct if order is passed to seperate vendor. Otherwise overall well satisfied.

I ordered a windows10 tablet that I paid for at the time I ordered. The next day Datavision contacted me to tell me the item I had ordered was out of stock and to arrange a substitute. The substitute is working perfectly and was a sugnificant upgrade from the tablet origonally ordered. Very Happy!

The camera with lens that I got was a really good price, the bad thing is the customer service, because when I bought the camera I pay the 3 days delivery but I never got the tracking number (I got the camera 1 week later). The week that I was waiting the camera I called customer service many times but the attendant (man) was really disinterested to solve my situation. Then I got a call from Jimmy Garzon, he solved the situation quickly and attentively.

I purchased a speaker because you list BLUETOOTH in the title. But the one I received does not have bluetooth! I must return it and I do not want to pay for the shipping of return.

I tried to cancel my order and you have no one working phone customer service and your email customer service is horrible. I have tried to get a shipping label which your customer service said they sent but did not attach to email. It took me 5 days to get an RMA#. Online customer service is both slow and not helpful or efficient. Very bad and still have not been able to return item due to your archaic return system requirements. Will use Amazon only for computer purchases in the future and will it recommend your company based on this experience. It has been a hassle and customer service on- responsive every step of the way!

I received no notification of anything for days other than it was placed at the time of transaction. I then tried to call but had to call repeatedly because no one would answer the phone. This began to make me concerned that I might have purchased from a fraudulent website or something. This is unacceptable!

Order came on time, was obviously used for a long period of time before I received it and packaging was missing. I was charged the new price for a used product that was advertised as new. Took a week for customer service to respond.

Site does not say that they can't ship to PO boxes, and they apparently can't just update the address on their end before sending, so I had to go through the whole order process all over again. Additionally, they ship FedEx which is awful where I am. Hope I actually get these items in 1 piece after all this trouble.

Could have sworn that the description for the laptop listed a CD/DVD drive when I ordered, and the model that I looked at in a store had one, but the one I received did not. It's not important enough to return the item, but am disappointed. Why install DVD software if there is no DVD drive?

I received My laptop
May 1, 2018

I received My laptop. Power up the device for the first time and get this message " no bootable device-- insert boot disk and press any key". I called Acer support center for technical help. They can't get my device to work so they told me to send the device to them for services. Its will take about two week to get it back to me. I decided to email Datavision and request for a return on April 28. Today is May 1 and still no response from Datavision. My son spend my hours on youtube to find the way to fix the problem. He finally get the computer to boot up with many different advices from youtube. This is my first time I bought a product form datavion. I'm very disappointed.

DataVision marked with package "Direct Signature" and when I emailed to have the package held at the FedEx office or redirected to my office, I never received a response. I had to call FedEx after enough failed attempts to have them hold it so I could come pick it up. You used a lot of inconvenience and never communicated this up front.
