Run away. These are scammers. They stole my item and my money both. They would never give me th item or the refund. Then they stopped responding
I tried to cancel my order and you have no one working phone customer service and your email customer service is horrible. I have tried to get a shipping label which your customer service said they sent but did not attach to email. It took me 5 days to get an RMA#. Online customer service is both slow and not helpful or efficient. Very bad and still have not been able to return item due to your archaic return system requirements. Will use Amazon only for computer purchases in the future and will it recommend your company based on this experience. It has been a hassle and customer service on- responsive every step of the way!

Despite of paying extra for next day air and day late delivery from their end, item did reach when we needed.
Apparently, They did not have Gray color in stock, so they took a day to call to ask if I'm okay with Silver color Mac Book pro!
To me, color doesn't matter, but for those who want exacts color, be cautious and ask before buying!

Very impressed with delivery time. Received my product the NEXT DAY! The discounted price was reasonable, but within market range. Have not had sufficient time to evaluate the overall performance of the all-in-one, but was informed by HP that since this model is "out of stock", no extended warranty could be offered...a little scary. Had datavision informed that, it may have affected my decision to buy. We'll see.
Good product value, very competitive pricing. I wish you would not use Fed Ex to ship goods. They are terrible, they held delivery for 3 days, they are only a few miles away from where I live. This happened several times already with Fed Ex.
I received no notification of anything for days other than it was placed at the time of transaction. I then tried to call but had to call repeatedly because no one would answer the phone. This began to make me concerned that I might have purchased from a fraudulent website or something. This is unacceptable!
Was not informed that a signature was required at delivery, missed the delivery and was very dissatisfied with Fed X and their total disregard for my situation or requests. First, got an agent that could hardly speak English and refused to contact driver to redeliver. Then was told the only way for me to pick it up was for you to request a hold even though I told them there would be no one home on the day of the second attempt. Totally dissatisfied with FED X. As far as Data Vision I did think the delivery time was a bit excessive, but you did respond to all my concerns and requests.
Monitor is great, shipping was incredibly fast for free shipping. The price wasn't bad either just didn't like the payment process. Took a few tries before we figured out what we needed to put. And didn't like that I had to go thru PayPal to pay with my debit card. Other than that everything was perfect.
Price and delivery were great. I called with a concern that I may need to cancel my order due to confusion about all items included with purchase. Site said to contact immediately due to automated fulfillment. I called in less than an hour from purchase and two weeks later I have not received any type of contact from service. Thankfully the product came as I desired so it is a nonissue but I received no response to my request regarding cancellation of order.
Your website confirmed I could pick up my item from the store on a Sunday. But I then discovered the store was closed on Sundays. Customer service was not very helpful and it was only when I asked for the stores direct number that I was able to talk to someone who could help.
Seth Brown went out of his way to personally assist with cancelling an erroneous order on my part and getting the correct replacement order processed on the busiest on-line shopping day of the year.

I found this website through eBay (I ordered through here because I don't like buying expensive products on eBay since it can be kinda sketchy sometimes). Once I saw it was an authorized vendor of Samsung I knew I would be able to trust it. The price was great and better than other competitors for Cyber Monday. I contacted customer service when I had trouble with the shipping company and I received a prompt response.

Not your fault but FedEx Ground is painfully slow. Had I gotten it through amazon.com and still gotten it from you it might have come sooner... but skipping amazon.com saved me $100. Worth the waitt
I was very pleased that DataVision had the printer that I especially wanted to replace an old one -- and at a very reasonable price. It was delivered in a timely manner and well packaged. I certainly will look to DataVision for any of my computer needs in the future.
Ordered a new Acer desktop for my parents, everything works good. Only thing was that DataVision didn't respond to my price match request. Staples had the same desktop, $50 cheaper, which I found after placing the order with DataVision. The Norton price guarantee didn't do much either, since they only price match if DataVision had the price reduction.
So far, all was easy to order the product; just waiting on the product to arrive so I can provide a full & proper review. The product arrived on time was packaged appropriately. My son enjoyed his Beats headphones; thanks Datavision for the great price, product, & delivery time!
The single major issue I have with dataVision is that the customer service is never reachable if I call the customer service number. I have called during regular hours, waited for 15 min or more, but no response.
Finally, I had to email, and then I got in touch with Seth. In the email, it had his extension as well. From that point onwards, I was pretty much reaching him directly via email/phone extn.
