Ordered an Apple TV remote, easy transaction and fast shipping
Was not informed that a signature was required at delivery, missed the delivery and was very dissatisfied with Fed X and their total disregard for my situation or requests. First, got an agent that could hardly speak English and refused to contact driver to redeliver. Then was told the only way for me to pick it up was for you to request a hold even though I told them there would be no one home on the day of the second attempt. Totally dissatisfied with FED X. As far as Data Vision I did think the delivery time was a bit excessive, but you did respond to all my concerns and requests.

Not your fault but FedEx Ground is painfully slow. Had I gotten it through amazon.com and still gotten it from you it might have come sooner... but skipping amazon.com saved me $100. Worth the waitt

You guys had the wrong apartment # in the address and it delated the delivery by a few days. I had to go to the FedEx office to pick up the TV
