If there is a blemish, it will be noted. That being said, I have always gotten just what I ordered. At a substantial cost savings. I've never gotten a shoe that has reported a blemish & actually found a blemish. I love all my purchases from Dansko Outlet.
They sent me the wrong color and the wrong size not once but TWICE. His was very disappointing to me. I should have listened my sister's introduction buying from vandresses.com. I regret

Love all my dansko shoes, I've got about 11 pairs of shoes. Boots, sandals and dress shoes. Never had any issues with these shoes
