Daimer

We purchase a steamer / pressure washer. We order an additional high pressure steamer hose. Daimer send the wrong hose and never send the second hose which was shipping from different warehouse. They don't answer Email or return phone calls. Even when we explain to them that the hose they send literally melted the hose making it really dangers to anyone using it. Now we want a refund for the hoses. I guess we are going to go thru legal channel to get satisfaction.

I purchased a used CVP 3000 recently. It was a bit daunting, given the number of accessories along with minimal technical aptitude. So, I reached out to Customer Service. Both Bill and Matt provided detailed, thorough and friendly responses, allowing me to eventually properly use this incredible machine. This is right up there with the best customer service I've ever received.
I'm really looking forward to years of "green" cleaning.

Besides my car, this was the largest amount of money I have spent on a machine! I was nervous that it would not live up to my expectations but it did. This thing is a beast, the model I bought was probably overkill because it is just for my house but I don't regret it, this machine can do so much and it's one of very few in this price range that have a vacuum function which was important to me.
I'm trying to limit the use of chemicals in my home and this steamer allows me to get rid of most of them, I am also dealing with GIardia a new kitten brought in the house and steam is one of the only proven ways to kill it in the environment, and then of course the pandemic is a concern... the steamer was a perfect solution to all of this but unfortunately the common (and less expensive) steamers you find in home improvement stores and such don't get hot enough to sanitize, that's one of the reasons I went with this one.
Customer service is very friendly and knowledgeable, after about 2 weeks of research on other comparable steamers I finally decided to go with Daimer and that was mostly because of the customer service... there are a couple of other machines that are VERY similar in performance but when calling those other companies with questions they made me feel like I was putting them out to ask for any info that was not already on the website... I'm about to spend over $3000, of course I have a lot of questions! Also replacement parts are much less with their machines, which matters in the long run.
I had one issue a few weeks after I started using the machine and they were on top of it, sent me a new machine with zero hassle. I'm used to dealing with companies that have great customer service when they are SELLING you something but as soon as you have an issue they can't be bothered so this was a big deal to me that customer service continued to be friendly AFTER the purchase. I have no regrets at all!

I absolutely love the excellence with customer service as I researched this machine for over 2 months...every question answered as I am a homeowner and probably not their typical buyer. Now having the machine, I find it so easy every homeowner that wants to clean regularly especially pets have the power in their fingertips to do so at a professional level. I've always enjoyed the best of the best and I've found that with MY XPH5900i and it's the cutest (and most effective) machine I've seen in my months of researching.
