Now winter has almost gone, he told me that the coat really worked well through the whole winter in Illinois. Though this shopping experience was a bit unhappy at first, I have to say the customer service is good and solved the problem timely, thus I still want to leave a good comment for it.

I purchased from their site a few weeks ago. I received the package a few days ago and found the information on the shoebox sharpied out so I couldn't compare the Item # with the one on the box. Then when I looked into the content of the box, I found a different pair of shoes altogether. They have a physical office here in the States, a few miles from me and it would have been convenient to just have it shipped there. I've been trying to ask customer service - I've emailed them multiple times over the past week to no avail, no answer. Despite it being their mistake, I now have to pay for shipping back to China, wait for them to receive it, and only then will I get a refund. I'm losing money due a mistake that they made. It's been frustrating so far.

I bought this sheepskin coat online and what I want to say is that this is my first time to purchase such an expensive sheepskin shearling coat online. I was hesitant at first, but I liked this kind of sheepkin coat so much, I decided to have an attempt. Besides, in order to fit my body perfectly, I chose custom made service to customize the most suitable sheepskin coat. And what surprised me was that custom made service didn't earn extra fees. Then after about a week's waiting, I received this sheepskin coat which looked the same as the pictures on their website. Very comfortable and warm coat. I can't wait to wear it to share with my friends.

I was initially hesitant to purchase the jacket online, from China, with a new company. After the jacket arrived, my fears were quickly erased. I receive compliments on the jacket constantly. Almost every evening I wear the jacket, someone will approach me with a compliment. As for the customer service, it's been excellent. There was a slight tear in the jacket's pocket after only a few months of use. But the customer service number here in the US works. The rep quickly forwarded my issue to the company in China who not only once, but twice, overnight shipped me replacement materials (leather, thread.). Extremely pleased with both quality and customer service; will recommend CWMalls to anyone looking for a lifelong jacket.

I ordered some cargo pants from this store. $89 so they were not cheap. However, the product I got was the equivalent of a $10 pair of pants. They were terrible. Men's cargo pants with ankle drawstrings! I am serious. When I asked for a return label like Amazon provides, they tell me that they will only do a refund after I send them back to some province in China! Seriously. Only after I tell them no thanks and that Citibank will do a chargeback, do they offer a US address but still no return label. Never do business with this joke of a company.

I ordered twice in total at cwmalls, and I have to say it's really satisfying. At the first time I bought a shearling coat and asked them to change the material of it as I like the style of this coat but don't like its original material, so they recommended another material for me. I was so glad when receiving it, it didn't let me down at all! The second time I ordered a leather jacket, I chose customization as I wanted better slim fit. They also didn't live up to my expectations. It's good on the whole except I waited for a little long time and such costly products were packaged just in plastic bags!

Received my sheepskin coat before the snowstorm hit Virginia, you wouldn't know how cold it was. Thanks to the nice coat from the company, I could survive the coldness. Also I am a big man who is 6' 2" and 290lbs, they made the coat for me without adding any additional fees. I would highly recommend this company and their sheepskin coats if you are living in somewhere extremely cold.

I used to hate fur coats as I think only ladies would wear such things, until I discovered one of the fur coats from this company, it looked really masculine but beautiful. I could help visiting their website and finally purchased the fur coat I liked most, it also had a nice hood, very warm. And before I placed my ordered, I talked with their custom service girl online, she helped me with the size, I appreciated their considerate service.

As others told, they have nice and quality jackets. I ordered a winter shearling jacket some days ago, and I received it last week, as good as I expected, lighter but warmer than some winter outwears, and I look slim in it, not bulky at all. I think this shearling jacket will make my winter happy and warm.
