CV Simply

$4.99/month for Preminum account. Definitely CV Simply is not the only CV builder, but probably one of the most economical choices. I used CV Simply more than a month ago, and the premium plan is not auto-renewed. Also, with only $4.99. Why is it that people blame CV Simply for charging them €29.09 while they are supposed to see the difference in the names "cvsimpli" and cv simply"? It makes no sense at all to me.

Reason I chose this business:
Low price, best design templates, and the unlimited access.

My issues were handle with care, compassion, and in a timely manner. The person that helped me with my concerns was very friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable, and seemed to care about my concerns. I felt like a valued customer. Great customer service and a pleasant interaction.

I was having some confusion and issues with a charge and problems with canceling my account. I sent a rather terse letter (sorry) explaining the situation. Bella reached out to me immediately and explained and fixed the problem with kindness and professionalism.
Having someone like Bella there to help and offer assistance, kept me a customer and solved my problem. She's a asset to the company. Makes me wish all my customer service issues were handled by someone of her caliber.
And the site as a whole was incredibly useful to me. The choice of resumes formats the ability to save and come back to it, cover letters and just all around useful advice in an easy to navigate site. I will definitely recommend it to others now as well.
