procesing took a long time. Buttons on controller ar loose and dirty. Besides that controller is fine. Did not live up to expectations.

Kind of expensive. It sounds like something is lose inside the controller. Don't want to send it back. Takes too long

The 20%off codes that were offered on the website were not working at check out. I was told that the code wouldn't work for a discount on my particular controller although the coupon didn't specify what it could or could not be used on. They ended up giving me 10% off after I called them but it was a bummer to not get the full 20% off. Either way I'm sure my kid will love the remote.

Happy with the product but we keep getting caught with conversion rates on this sight and THEN once payment is okayed, it adds shipping! I think that's rude - it costs quite a bit more than we always first expect.

Appeared to have an issue with billing/shipping info that prevented billing info from working until the two matched.

too difficult to place order, waited a long time for confirmation. had to close browser and start again.

The last controller I ordered took almost two months to ship. Other than that I've loved my controllers.

We thought it was quick and easy but we didn't get our discount with the code you gave us. The controller is perfect but the discount was not applied to the order.

It was a pretty good experience I mean there are many options for shells but wish there could be like a favorite sports team shell

I would like to see exactly what the my text i chose to put on looks like and what font you're using!

I would like not to have a white PS4-home button on my ordered controller. So I just want the standard PS4-home button, but with the four white buttons on the right of the controller, as I selected in my order.

was good. conversion rates were not accurate to what I saw. I was charged 70¢cad for $1USD but it was 73¢cad for $1USD when I checked.

so far it is ok but I am wary as there are quite a few negative reviews about the order and postage service for the product

Your site still advertises 25% off with code NYE2016 yet when I tried to use it said expired - if it hadn't been for the fact this is the only thing my son asked for for his birthday I would not have ordered - if you are listing a discount on your site you need to honor it

For some reason the code at the top of my screen doesn't work for any purchase so I had to use a youtube code instead WTF.

Ugh, the processing charge is ridiculous, if i had known i would have been charged so much to have this sent before Christmas I would have ordered it MONTHS ago. I hope that it is received before Christmas, or i will have one VERY upset little boy.

One controller that I was interested in didn't show an option to add to cart. If it was sold out, there should have been a notice on the page that it's sold out.

Could not add gamertag to Wildcat's controller.. thats cool and all that, but its my birthday yo why you do dis.

The CYBER20 code would not apply to my order and I couldn't find any information on which items the code did apply to.

Even basic customizing is much more expensive than pre-made. Should offer option to put gamer tag on pre-mades.
