I waited two weeks for controller come in they says via fed ex 2 days bs taking awhile order 1 June took 13 of June but why would put fed via 2 days make seem come in two days it bulls sh1t that all I know um pissed about it took that long
False Information. It said it would be shipped from 1 to 3 week for free. Instead I had choose 2 day priority mailing. Which is stupid and misleading.

I ordered a Xbox one controller with rapid fire option so when I got it I opened it up and it was a PS4 controller and it took an entire week for my controller to get here I most definitely won't come to this site for a controller again
I had an issue with my order yesterday. I sent an email and left a voice mail. No one got back to me. I see today I read my CSV number wrong since it is wearing off. I would have expected someone would have contacted me by now.

We have ordered from this site a couple of times and I always find it a bit of a nightmare. This time I had to reset my password and re enter my details several times before it went through. I should also have had free postage but that didn't happen either. However my son does love your products.

Trying to put in an APO AE address was very hard and time consuming. Designing the controller was easy, but getting it to ship to my grandson was not easy. It makes me concerned that he will actually receive it.
