The graphics design was fantastic. The designs were beautiful and were done in a very timely manner. All my requests were handled without complaint regardless of the difficulty. A very professional organization.

It was nice to work with a professional company. I received multiple quotes, however none match the proof software of custom challenge coins. The revisions were extremely quick and the team knew exactly what I was looking for! Thank you again this will add some much needed morale to our current deployment.

Overall I have had a good shopping experience thus far. Sales staff was prompt and courteous. I received quick replies on e-mails involving the order. The proof design was exactly what I was looking for. And I am very excited to see the final product.

I had called two other companies and they were not very 'user friendly.' I went with you because of your friendly and helpful attitude. You offered to design something and we would go from there. You have been true to that promise. Customer service A+! This has been such a nice experience I am thinking about getting a small coin made for every member of our music ministry team this year for Christmas.

The final design provided by Challenge was much better than the original design concept provided by us and we are very happy with it. There were some internet issues with payment but Challenge supported us through every step of the process to resolve the problem. We had to make a couple of phone calls and the staff (Matt) were very helpful and courteous at all times.
