Outstanding! First, the were very responsive and professional. Second, without me giving too much detail they seemed to know exactly what I wanted and provided me with an alternate proof that more directly addressed my need. Third, they were patient! I am very particular about what i want and they had no problem making the revisions I requested. Fourth, not only did they tell me what they could do, they kept my expectations realistic by telling me what they could not do. I greatly respect and appreciate that level of candor and integrity in a business. Fifth, and finally, they caught a small but significant typo that I forgot to bring to their attention before I placed the order. But that was ok, because they did one final quality control proofread, caught and fixed the order to my great satisfaction. I have just been selected for another command, so I will be using these guys for my next set of coins. By the way, make sure you have the right site when using these guys. There are other sites that parrot their name but use a different extension, such as.net. All others are imitators and duplicators; these guys are the real deal!
