They proclaim a 90-days money-back-guarantee, yet do not adhere to it. 6 emails exchanged, no movement whatsoever. Waste of time, annoying. On top of that, instead of 487 $, they have charged my account with 501 $ without reason or receipt. Beware of this company.

Difficult to cancel your order

It is hard to believe in now days, cancel order need write email. And the 1-800 customer support phone dose not work. You may need do international call for customer support which is not good. No email back. Very bad services in current day.

I bought an item, got billed, item was supposed to arrive yesterday.
I did not receive it.
I tried to call them but it says the lines are busy but select one of two options.
Selected both and it hangs up.
I emailed them and let's see what happens.
I am dreading to loose the money as it was an expensive item.
Also inconsistent delivery details. One for Hermes and one for FedEx.
Could not track FedEx.
Hermes said 'on its way'.

Update:
Item arrived, box with two clear round seals, one on top of each other. Looks like an item that has been opened and the original seal has lost its stickiness so a new one was put on top.

I ordered a Luna body scrubber which I'd classify as a hygiene product, and to my dismay, received an open box used item. This raised serious concerns about the company's quality control.
What's more troubling is their customer service's response. Not only is it slow (you wait 7+ days for each reply).They initially told me I was wrong and this was impossible!. After having to dispute this further, they now expect me to cover return shipping costs from Canada to the UK for an "investigation", which feels unfair given the nature of the issue - their mistake, not mine. They said i MIGHT be eligible for shipping refund IF I quality!?! So not only will I not have the product I paid for, I will have to pay even more for them to correct their mistake and even so I might risk not "qualifying". Most high quality companies would have sent a prepaid label and/or a replacement vs making me feel like I'm a criminal trying to scam them and they need to investigate and decide IF I'm telling the truth. I have pictures of the issues and have shared with them.

As i was going through to understand the process they also highight in their returns that they do not refund the taxes paid. This is not only frustrating but also illegal in Canada.

Overall, the entire process has been inconvenient and has left me questioning the integrity of this company. Protect yourself and order from another company with higher customer service standards. If you must, I advise others to exercise caution when considering purchases from this website, as my experience has been far from satisfactory.

No help whatsoever

My Clarisonic stopped charging shortly after I got it. After 4 emails/chats with customer service nothing has been done despite promising me 1) a return label that was never sent to me, 2) a new Clarisonic would be sent which didn't happen, 3) a return label was sent that said my return was outside of the return window - I'm looking for a repair or replacement not return; and 4) the one where I sent two emails and heard nothing back. The company does not let you simply "call" them which is sketchy by itself. Save yourself a headache and don't make purchases from this company.

Honest experience

Firstly I was surprised how quickly I received my order, reading some of the reviews on here. My order arrived next day and communication was very efficient and professional. I was sceptical at first when using the mask, but oh my God just two weeks in and I can tell the difference with my skin texture and brightness, my wrinkles are still there but it is too early to say. Few people commented how good I look, put it this way, my skin looks like I slept for weeks and just came out of the house. I will order from this company again, so excited.

CURRENTBODY IS A SCAM COMPANY

I haven't received my package, but can't dispute the charge because supposedly the package is being held up in customs. I think Currentbody is a fraudulent company. One person sent me a brief response saying the package is on the way, when I can clearly see from the tracking link that it hasn't moved in a week.
I think they are shipping empty boxes without the required paperwork to get through customs so that people can't file a dispute with their credit card companies for a refund. If your package is being held up in customs, I guess you're just out of luck.

I bought Tria anti-aging laser from currentBody. They promised 90 days money-back guarantee if I'm not satisfied with the product for any reason. However, I tried this laser for a while but it really hurt my skin and made my skin condition worse and worse, so I asked for refund but they refused for the reason that I didn't finish 12-weeks treatment so I could't get refund! How dare you keep forcing your customers to use a machine that is ruining their faces! Of course you made this 12-weeks treatment, when people finish this treatment, it will over 90 days, so they don't need to refund at all! What a scam!

Terrible customer service

First of all they are a UK retailer and not an Australian retailer. The Braun IPL device we purchased was faulty and because it was outside the money back period, we had to contact a local service technician to handle the warranty claim. Each email I sent to currentbody took a minimum 2-3 days to receive a response and often I was provided incorrect information and unclear return instructions. If you purchase from them be hopeful something doesn't go wrong as you will have a difficult and lengthy process to get the right outcome.

I ordered a fairly expensive ( £250+) Skincare Device as a Christmas present for my wife. According to the retailer the order was dispatched fairly soon... but it did not arrive on the promised day. Neither it did during the following week.

I contacted the support team and... they did not get back to me. I emailed them again 3 working days later - still no reply. They only got back to me when I informed them that I was about to raise this with my credit card provider. At which point they emailed me back saying that they will try to find the status of my order with the delivery company.

5 days and 3 follow-up emails later and still no updates/replies about my order.
The worst shopping experience to date - I am seeking a refund from my bank.

I will not shop with CurrentBody again and would recommend avoiding them.

Bad customer service. I placed order on 8/19/2020. Until today 9/3/2020 still haven't received my order. I contacted company customer service, it looks like they created shipping label, but there is no update in fedex. They told me wait they will find out. Customer service came back saying my order has no updated tracking information and they will invest. I told them cancel my order and refund me. They refused to do that just leave me hanging and waiting for their investigation with fedex.

I don't understand as a customer Which I did not receive the order, why can't they ship out another one or just refund. Don't buy from them. Very bad customer service.

Prices way over manufacturers retail

Just take a look at the Braun IPL Devises- same devise $379 on Braun website is $1000 on currentbody. I pointed this out to them and they said that it was a mistake but they never changed it. I only care because i have a huge credit there for another devise that stopped working twice!

So far I got 5 orders from Current Body. 3 out of that were delivered completely trouble free. With 2 others I initially got major problems but finally they got fully resolved by team leaders. Last time I got wrong item delivered, cheaper Mia Prima face brush instead of more advanced model Mia Smart, some accessories missing, wrong color option sent. Anyway after intervention of their team leader I got a proper item and they did not bother me to return wrongly delivered items value of 500 aed plus. So despite mistakes happen at least the company takes full responsibility and resolves the problem. That makes me to see them as a valuable vendor worth recommendation.

Cancelled my order

These fools cancelled my order then stated my info didnt pass security checks wow but they supposedly ship across the world including u.s. and moments later asked me to pay with paypal so i can bypass the security checks well what do you know. I ordered an eye mask from current body, it wasn't what I had hoped so tried to return it but I found out they don't allow returns on the product for some bizarre reason. I wrote a review on the item but it was never posted, however, more recent and positive reviews have since been posted. I've done some research and seen some other reviews about the company saying they don't post negative feedback. Seems totally dishonest and their customer service are useless at responding.
