When I order I expect everything to arrive In good shape. 4pair on the top was broke. CTS refunded the glasses but it was a bit of a pain. (They requested a picture when the messaging system does not allow attachments so I had to ask for an address to send the pic to). I was trying out the company. I order from a variety of company's. I actually ordered from 3 different company's on the same night. One from Texas, one from Cali, and CTS. CTS was te last one to arrive at my house and the only one that had broke products. They did refund the products, but time is money and I had a good deal of time invested by the time it was done. Unless CTS just has an awesome price on something I need I want be utilizing them as my first choice.
