I needed to replace the stereo on my 2012 Jeep Liberty. I bought a Boss unit from Crutchfield w/ Backup camera. I hadn't worked on a car stereo in over 30 years, so I was hesitant. Audio shops wanted $800 and up to install one. I got the Boss stereo, adapter plates and wiring harness for $300.00. Paid $25.00 to have them prewire the harness. Best money I ever spent. I had everything installed in under 2 hours. That included a few calls to the customer support line. Customer support was the best I have experienced. Thank you to the whole Crutchfield team.

I have been purchasing TVs, camcorders and stereo equipment from this company since they opened their doors. They have the best technical support team on the planet. Where else could you go 10 years after purchasing a stereo component and still get excellent technical support? I had a 15 year old stereo receiver that I had long since lost the manual for and they helped me with some connection issues. Prices are very competitive, but even if they may be slightly more than some discount shops, the lifetime technical support is worth every last penny!

Great help from Tim when I asked if the headphone amplifier would work on my older flat screen Samsung. He checked and said it would. The amp arrived all the way to me in Hawaii, with no added shipping charge added. Plugged it into the audio output and it worked perfectly. No hum, volume knob feels very solid as does the whole amp even though it is made in China. It's nice to find a vendor who actually knows the product they are selling.

Was trying to install an after market radio in my car and gave up because I couldn't get it to work. Found an ad for Crutchfield and thought I give it a try. They worked with me to find a solution. After receiving the items tried the install again. Still had audio problems but the tech told me to try a different wiring hookup. It worked. They treated their customers with respect and also get the solution. I wouldn't recommend any other place for car stereo installation pieces and help. Bravo!

I have made business with many shops and many places where customer service is a pretty sad experience and I think it is important to mark when the services offered are out of normal. The website is top-tier (one of the best I have used), the phone line is quick, reliable AND the agent friendly and effective. One of the best consumer experience I have had in a long time. I would buy there again and will definetely recommend.

Bought a Kenwood stereo for the Envoy from them and was a great deal with all the components to do a proper install. All recommended on their website. Along with all the instruction and diagrams needed for a perfect outcome. I won't buy from anyone else when it comes to car audio. Lifetime tech support made this all a no brainer. Not the cheapest in initial cost, but the value added service beyond the purchase made this a great deal.

I own a towing business, so I spend normally 12-18 hrs a day in my truck. I'm also a huge "music nerd", so I'm not a fan of the radio. I purchased a media receiver head unit with Apple CarPlay & it's the best "tool" I've purchased to date. Prices were great, shipping was fast & easy, what more could you ask for? My wife and I wanted to add a subwoofer to the computer sound system in our study. And our available space was very limited. After much research we decided on the Cambridge Audio Minx X301. Now that it is set-up with our Audioengine A5+ speakers we can enjoy a truly amazing listening experience. Adding this very tight and powerful subwoofer enhances these already great speakers. The Crutchfield technical staff, fair pricing and prompt delivery bring me back again and again.

Two heavy boxes were carefully delivered that contained a tower speaker each. The speakers were inside the manufacturer's cardboard box that protected exquisitely the content. These containers were placed in a larger cardboard box with plastic straps to hold the box closed.

This was a risk buy because of the economical price of the speaker set; I was very pleasantly surprised that they perform above my expectations. Thank you Crutchfield, you guys did it again.

They aren't the cheapest around, but their customer service is second to none. I believe Crutchfield will do whatever it takes to make you happy as long as you are fair and honest with them if an issue should ever arise (which they usually don't with good companies). Their people are wonderful to deal with, being very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I've purchased approximately 2 full vehicle systems, a few odds and ends of bluetooth items, etc. Usually receive free shipping, and items arrive quickly.

I wanted a new radio for my work van that is Bluetooth capable since hands-free telephone is now required in Virginia. I found several that I liked in the outlet store. This is for my work van so I did not want to break the bank on this radio. I called and spoke with "Ray" and he was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my choice. I got a really great Kenwood radio at a terrific price.

Crutchfield comes through again. I needed a new audio solution for my open concept living room. The home theater receiver and surround speakers just weren't cutting it because of the lack of walls and the high vaulted ceilings. Sound was getting lost. Crutchfield suggested a sound bar solution that projects the sound at the seating positions. What a huge difference! I love that they listened to my issues and found the right solution for me rather than just trying to sell me something.

You can tell them what you're trying to accomplish with your sound system and ask for suggestions. All staff seem to be very knowledgeable of the products all of which are high quality name brands. Ive ordered multiple sets of speakers and stereos for cars site shows everything I'll need for install and they send me free picture instructions. Ive always been extremely happy with my purchases and the service. I always refer friends to their site. Prices are very competitive and shipping is fast.

Gotta love alpine. I've had alpine for about 6 years and I've always loved their subwoofers. One day my type r stopped working. After some youtube looks up it was one of the coils. Lasted me about 7 years and 3 different cars. So bought these new upgraded ones im taking and love them so much. For right now i have an kicker zx 1000. 1 amp and it bangs. But thinking of a bigger kicker amp. Just don't know which one. Definitely worth the money.
