Have used this site for years now great customer service that is always willing and eager to help answer any questions I have. You can tell them what you're trying to accomplish with your sound system and ask for suggestions. All staff seem to be very knowledgeable of the products all of which are high quality name brands. Ive ordered multiple sets of speakers and stereos for cars site shows everything I'll need for install and they send me free picture instructions. Ive always been extremely happy with my purchases and the service. I always refer friends to their site. Prices are very competitive and shipping is fast.
Tip for consumers:
If you’re unfamiliar with audio products their site offers very good in depth buyers guides to help you find what you want. Also is you start a chat with customer service tell them exactly what you want(example car stereo and speakers) you can tell them what kind of music you prefer and if you want budget minded products and they can help you pick out the right products and even inform you of current sales don’t be afraid to ask they’re always happy to help and never pushy.
Products used:
Ive purchased stereos for 2 vehicles, full sets of speakers for 3 vehicles and a home stereo. I also got all recommended install gear from crutchfield which is either free or deeply discounted with your purchase.
