Crown Awards

This is the second time I have used Crown Awards for our youth league, and was pleased again. The trophies looked great, and can't wait to issue them to the kids.

Last year's medals were a hit! Great presentation, and prompt delivery.

Prompt delivery again this year, and awesome customer service when we had to accommodate a date change for our event.

I have purchased this every year. I was a little disappointed and your website stated that any order over $100 has free shipping, but I was charged $17.10 for ground shipping.

It was quick and very user friendly. However it said "Free Shipping" when I first went in but I must not have read the fine print because I was charged a bunch of freight.

Love CrownAwards. The quality is excellent, the delivery is above expectations, and I so appreciate that smaller quantities can be purchased. I'm a VERY happy repeat customer.

Your website was not working last night. I received an email saying my cart was still full. When I tried calling the person listed on email for assistance your business was closed. Very frustrating.

Easy to use website for shopping and ordering. Plaque is well made and it was received on the date promised. I was very happy with the entire experience and will definitely use them again.

It would be nice to get a discount on shipping offer after you are able to go to the site to see if you want to order. Or at least for first time users.

I am return customer. I give daily and friends trophies as gifts. They equate them to the Academy Awards. Since my family is very large the prices are excellent and I love the selection.

Easy as always, however, the printed plates were lower in quality than I remember. The font was not as crisp or clear to read as in the past. It is still acceptable, but noticeable.

Somehow the boxes got separated in delivery so it took an extra day to get to us - but in time for the party. Trophies were a little steep but worth it. Thanks again Crown!

It was really simple to find and order. I liked the format. My order arrived before the date that I needed them. All the items were intact and of good quality. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Rings were ordered on a Monday and I received them on a Weds. Our baseball team doesn't play in tournaments that give out rings so we wanted them to have a ring for a season well done.

Usually very good. I have used them for years for my annual Bocce Ball Tournament.
This year, one of the trophies was damaged. I am waiting for a response as to how to proceed.

I loved the plaque. I needed urgently and was able to get it so fast. I am very pleased with the product. So finely engraved in golden letters. Looks expensive.
