The ordering process is very easy and the product is very nicely done.
Website was easy to use. I tried to buy a trophy from another website. That company is so unorganized that a month later I was still waiting for my trophy. I canceled my order with them and used crown awards instead. Crown awards got me my trophy quickly and at a reasonable price.

I absolutely love the produce. When you order a crystal trophy, I had to type in the words I wanted.
The words we not centered on the trophy which you stated they would be.
I was not able to see the end product with the words centered.
We can barely see the name of the person because it was centered over the golf ball background. The rest of the message we can see. I wish you would show the end product so we could of told you to lower the name so it is visible. I called and your company stated there is nothing we can do to have the name of the person stand out. We hope to take it to another engraver to see if they can fix it.
