Easy to use website

I love using this website. It is very convenient to order multiple trophies in bulk and to look up past orders for reference to help placing current orders.

I wish there was more room on other items for engraving. I appreciate some standardized awards to order...Above & Beyond, Thanks...etc. But those awards need room to personalize.

Having an online chat customer service is very helpful when I had questions while ordering. Thank you Crown Awards for the beautiful plaques!

Quick & Easy - great online help. Absolutely love the award I ordered. It was packed really well, the only complaint is the delivery by UPS for a package marked fragile they just left it sitting outside, never rang the bell. I think Crown should require a signature on delivery. Again the award is beautiful, would definitely use you again!
