I received everything as I expected in a timely fashion, after courteous and professional service. The product was a excellent quality and was applied easily, as instructed. We will evaluate the durability of the product in our application and reapply when necessary - considering using this property wide.

The product selection process during ordering seemed to not give me what I selected. I had to review my cart a couple of time to ensure I had the items I wanted. Somehow I still ended up receiving a roll of yellow label material rather than white.

It was very easy. Some of the cups broke during shipping but customer service was wonderful. The items were replaced immediately. The people that I distributed the items to were very happy with the cups. Giving these cups to our workers helped boost their morale. I would definitely buy more products from this company.

My order got shipped in two parts, which was initially communicated. But customer service was great in keeping me informed, and the second part of the order arrived exactly when they said it would. Great service!

There was a shipping mixup with first order but a simple call to a very helpful rep resulted in a 2 day turn around with the proper order. Very easy and well handled by your team!

Website is laid out pretty well. I found the info and product I needed. I originally had a question when I first started looking and customer service got back to me in a timely fashion and with helpful info and links.

I was under the impression that the tape had a peel off backing to expose the adhesive. Instead, it was stuck to the roll much like duct tape. This made installation much more difficult. Overall though, the tape was of good quality and worked for the intended purpose.

Price, shipping, and fast delivery were great in addition to the quality products. I liked the additional samples of (like) products and the gifts of a pen and candy were over the top. We would always like it to get here faster and pay less for it. I try to get most of my safety supplies from creative safety. The label type printer I got from you is one of the best products I have gotten.

The yellow dots were exactly what I had envisioned in my preschool classroom.
The three year olds need to learn how to line up to exit the classroom; a line of dots is perfect. They adhere smoothly on the linoleum flooring and are visually pleasing.
Hopefully they will hold up well to the kids traffic and cleanings.

Was a little disappointed about the LONG lead time for 2 signs, place order on a Friday, was told it was after hours when placed. It was not, Ordered processed the next Tuesday and finally shipped on Friday. Over 2 weeks to get my signs. Not a happy camper.

These signs are exactly what we needed at our condo unit. We needed a small, easy to apply, sign to remind people not to prop the security doors.

You have the training video I am looking for. There are other safety items I am interested in which I will review later. The actual video took a week to arrive. For the price, I expected a bit more technical detail in the presentation. Will have to supplement this information with my own.

Very user friendly, cost competitive. The banner has damage that appears to have happened during shipping. I have e-mailed infomation about the problem, talked to your employees and e-mailed pictures again. I am still waiting for direction on what to do with the banner and how to get a replacement. Very unsatisfactory results on customer concerns.

Free shipping up to Washington would seal the deal. Often, we need something and we source it else where because of the no free shipping offered to my account.

I would be making many more orders if free shipping was offered to me.

To be honest, haven't had a chance to try the product. As my office is currently shut down, but were preparing to open up again and gathering supplies (COVID). I'm excited to try it when I'm able to officially get in the office. The products visually look good, and match the images online.
