I had not heard of the company before seeing a sign on a nearby company. I really like the fact that they offer the emoji signs as well. With the age we live in, these relate to the younger generation and make a tough time seem enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back for any other signs we may need.

My experience with Creative Safety Supply has always been pleasurable. The website is user-friendly, the products are competitively priced and delivery was fast and accurate.

The "continue shopping" button should take you back to the same page you were previously ordering material from. Instead it sends you to the home page.

The install would not even start on my computer. Tried several times without success. Tried to call customer service but it was after hours.

A sales rep called me within a half hour of my inquiry and has offered free samples of the items we are interested in. I feel I can use this website and our sales rep (Todd) to help me wade through the plethora of info out there.

The website was fine, very easy to navigate for what I needed.
I will wait until the order arrives to give a final verdict on returning for more shopping.
The shipment was received in record time and items were as ordered.
I will be a return customer.

I'm very pleased with the signs that I have received.The only suggestion I have is a request for additional search options on the website. Something that would allow you to filter out the floor stand signs, or the wall mount signs. It would have saved a significant amount of time during the purchasing process.

We have tried the test sample given to us and were pleased with it. Hoping this holds up as well.

We ordered 3' yellow floor marking tape. It's exactly as advertised. Take a bit of prepping to clean the floor but works well.

I apid for 3 day delivery but UPS delayed beyond that timeframe...I did not complain because the latest hurricane was blowing through the midwest and that may have been their issue and I still received in time for use.

My only complaint: I was informed that an exacto knife was sent with every order. I figured at the very least it would be a cheap 1 time use exacto. I got a cheap flimsy break away box cutter which made it difficult to even cut a straight line.

All good. Little disappointed that the print ribbon that came with the unit is so small. I printed out 10 labels and it is now showing 8% remaining. Seams that they start off with a small printer ribbon so to have to buy another one soon

I did not realize that the prices that were on the website were in US dollars. Shipping was NOT free which is misrepresented on the site. You have to order $500 to get the free shipping...not a lot of people will order that much at one time.

Overall, the product, service and delivery were fine.

So far so good. We will see how the shipping goes. That is where it usually gets hosed up.

Received order on 2 Jan 14. Driver left it leaning on my fence in the rain. Lucky it wasn't something rain would damage.

Connor on the chat line was very helpful. The part that didn't happen was the proof never came. Just the product showed up. Based on my experience, I feel like if anything was wrong with the order you would take care of it. This was my first order!

I had originally ordered my items on January 26,2015. I contacted customer service online on February 5,2015 as I still had received my order! After speaking with them it was realized that my order got lost somehow and had to replace the order. I must say once this was done shipping was quick. Customer service was very helpful.

Price seemed a bit excessive compared to signs ordered previously from other companies. I think the Covid-19 situation enabled this company to charge more than normally expected for people needing signs on jobsites in a quick timeframe.

I received everything as I expected in a timely fashion, after courteous and professional service. The product was a excellent quality and was applied easily, as instructed. We will evaluate the durability of the product in our application and reapply when necessary - considering using this property wide.

The product selection process during ordering seemed to not give me what I selected. I had to review my cart a couple of time to ensure I had the items I wanted. Somehow I still ended up receiving a roll of yellow label material rather than white.
