Very happy with the Pro-X printer and my ability now to produce labels as they are needed. I am still learning how to use the system since I don't have daily requirements and don't spend a lot of time with it. But overall my experience is very positive.

Purchased Organizational Foam for a 5S Project in my Office. Price was comparable to what else was being offered on the market. I think the $18.12 shipping cost for UPS ground was high. According to the USPS website a Priority Mail medium size flat rate box sent from Beaverton OR to Xenia, OH is $14.35 with the a normal (5 day) delivery time. Why is that option not offered?

Well Since our Company has Stop Production and sent home most of the people, I cant really say how the product I received is I have not seen it. I just received a email stating that it was in the office area. So I am hoping in is still there and as I know it will be correct since this wonderful company has not done me wrong before.

On-line order took long time to arrive. Otherwise, very positive about labeling products selection and quality. Sales rep has done great job in follow-up. Very generous sample package is great help to select right product.

Site has a very friendly user interface, and is easy to navigate. Great product quality and looks great while maximizing orginization. Shipped the next day, but took a while to receive; no complaint there though because it was free. They even sent me a bag of skittles. Thumbs up!

The customer service provided by Andy was GREAT! The product (printer) has some limitations which my former system did not have, but the lower cost of ownership justifies "living with it."

I bought Carpet Tape and L shapes stickers for carpet. The tape is very good and so far is lasting well on the carpet. However, the stickers do not withstand much foot traffic and I have had to replace them a couple of times in the last few weeks.

David Maris was a great help in deciding which kind of tape would be best for our project. Even though he knew it wouldn't be a large order and may even be a one-time purchase he was very helpful and made follow up calls to make sure we had exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this company!

Product quality surpassed expectation! So many companies are selling similar products for much higher prices and the quality isn't as good as what we received today! The clear partitions are very well made and we will be ordering more soon!

Very easy, appreciated the free samples, it helped to see the actual product. Ordered what we needed and I have to say the tape was awesome, used it to make a guide on the floor for backing our fire engines into the bay's.

Web site easy to use, had the product I was looking for! We bought the reflective tape for an outdoor deck step. It works well, very reflective with minimal light at night. It will be interesting to see how long the tape lasts.

I bought some F.O.D. Signs for our business and come to find out I can have any color I want, font type and/or size printed to what I want. That's really nice to know and I may buy more in the future. Thanks again for a great product!

Very good product...I just seen the delivery charge and thought it would be mailed by postal mail but was hit with a duties charge amount.
I am not sure if there was an option to go with mail delivery instead of FedX is all.
