Some companies offer discounts for customers that give them good reviews. I imagine that's whats happening here.

No I haven't dealt with them. But its always a bad sign when you see so many shill accounts posting just one review and its a 5 star "I LOVE IT" review for any company.

Tonight the Bookkeeping of Epson Italia called me and she asked if I had bought a watch because Italian Custom and Federal Express invoiced to Epson Italia about 18,22 and 10.80 Euro, respectively. Now I am in a big trouble: I could even be dismissed because I took advantage to charge the payment of Custom and shipping fee to Epson Italia.
You wrote to me that you never had problem with custom and that the shipment was free. I put in the order to you C/O (CARE/OF) EPSON ITALIA etc etc that is the address of my work office because no one is at home during the day but you make the mistake to ship to Epson Italia, so I paid the watch but Epson Italia paid the Italian custom and the Fed Exe shipment.

I am very upset and worried on what it could be happen next week.

More that that the box containing the watch is not Seiko original and the Warranty it is just an anonimous stamp on the instruction book: I wonder if the official maintenace network in Italy would accept to repair the watch in case of problems.

Beware! International Buyers

If you are International buyers, don't ever take the risk of buying from them except what you are ordering for is not that ex[pensive, perhaps below USD100.
From my experience, i believe they scam foreigners especially if you order in high amount like above usd100
Buyers within Singapore doesn't have much problem cause they believe you could trace them and find them

I strongly believe this people are into real scam, they have their own method of scamming people. I purchased a Seiko watch from them since early January worth a huge amount of money but believe me, i have neither received the watch nor a refund, i sent a message to them but they claim that my order has arrived to its destination and that i should go and receive it from the post office, they actually provided me with another different tracking number and shipping name different from the one they had sent to me when i placed the order. I had no choice i never expected that to happen because most orders i placed from other international online shops normally deliver to my home, i have never been to the post office before to receive an item, i had no choice, i had to go to the post office to claim my order but to be sincere with you i provided the tracking details they sent to me for the post officials and the official claims they have no record of the tracking number, hehehe it wasn't funny at all, since then i have been requesting for a refund but all they could tell me was to wait wait wait up till now i haven't received any refund or my order.
Beware! This site is a scam, they mostly scam people who buys from abroad cause they know you wont have the time to find them, they dont even have a Direct customer care line you can contact, among all the contact numbers they display on their web, this is the only number *******876 that seems to work but it will never direct you to any representative, it will automatically tell you to contact them by email.
But i will never let it go, i will make make sure i find them and hand them over to the right authorities, i travel a lot, within few days or month i should be able to find them for sure.

Best online shop ever... fast delivers... exellent service. Serviceminded and professional people.

We will not be ordering from CreationWatches.com again. Ordered online June 7,2015 and order has yet to be shipped. Their own online form calls for shipping and billing to be different yet we are being scrutinized as if we are some kind of scammers and continuously being asked to prove ourselves with the latest request to send our personalized identification such as passport or drivers licenses. I refuse as the person receiving the gift. My friend sent hers (with much info blacked out such as birthday, photo, etc.), since she is the one purchasing the gift. This is the most ridiculous ordeal a business has ever put us through and the fastest way to lose business I know of. We always purchase gifts for one another with different billing and shipping addresses and have never had a problem doing so with any other business to date. It is apparent they are trying to do the job of the credit card companies. We are so turned off at this point we have instructed them to cancel our order if they continue to ask for further information. Furthermore, since this business is located in another country, we don't even get a response to our emails until 18 hours or more later. At this point, it will have been 3 business days lost by the time they respond again when my watch should be arriving today or tomorrow. It is not normal business practice to be asking customers to send photo copies of their drivers licenses and passports and highly concerning, especially after we initially answered all 3 personalized questions including our phone numbers and they have yet to even attempt to call either of us. We attempted to call them and got a recording which sounded like it was coming from India instructing us to email instead. More red flags raised. We will be contacting our credit card company to reverse the charge if they respond yet again asking for further personal information or anything other than that they shipped our order. Update: After 20 plus more hours of awaiting a response from these idiots, instead of shipping the order, they canceled it. (Apparently they still were not satisfied even after my friend sent a copy of her license- how jacked up is that?). I will be posting online reviews warning people of their ridiculous business tactics for a long time to come. Stay away from these morons!

I am very satisfied with the Seiko clock and the price is really good. The order very easily and was paid by me through PayPal. Really very simple. Even if there were problems at the customs in Leipzig, Creation Watches always stood with contacts available. Very good communication. In any case, it will not be the last clock that I order. I am still a Citizen Promaster Yellow. In Germany, the clock is also called "Leuchtkeks' or 'lumibrite' If there is this clock again, this is my:.-)

Die Bestellung war sehr einfach und der Versand sehr schnell. Leider war der Mitarbeiter des Deutschen Zolls in Leipzig des lesens nicht mächtig und machte aus dem Sonderzeichen der Rechnung eine 7 statt das Euro-Zeichen. Das dort jedoch keine '7' Stand konnte mit einem Blick vom DHL-Mitarbeiter auch bestätigt werden, somit sollte ich 157 € Steuern zahlen! Die erneute Bearbeitung in Leipzig hat dann fast 5 Wochen in Anspruch genommen. Creationwatches Daumen hoch, Zoll Deutschland Daumen runter.
