I ordered a Seiko Monster from Creation Watched from Australia on a Thursday & to my surprise the watch arrived the following Tuesday. I couldn't be happier with the watch. I have a few automatics in my collection including Omega & Tag Heuer but none are as accurate as this. It has gained 2 seconds in the 5 days I have been wearing it which is much better than my COSC Tag Heuer Grand Carrera and about a twentieth of the price. I highly recommend Creation Watches. I will shop here again.

I've been waiting to find an SNKL41 for a reasonable price and this is the first time I've purchased from Creation. The piece is excellent, and honestly the rotor on this one seems to move more freely than my other 7s26s. Shipment was prompt, and the product is quality. Couldn't ask for more.
I'm not satisfied with the watch Michael Kors type 3179 because:
-- Price indication was 102 and I payed conform it was indicated taxes: 0 % on pc.
However DHL Express with waybill number *******996 of RSL asked me to pay import duties and VAT, without a bill, what I have payed (Also totaly 102+38,97=140,97).
There is no indication about the contents/supplier on the packaging.
In my humble opinion you have failed. Ref.nr. **************

It is true that most of time we get blamed for import duties that are levied by the importing country. As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Ordered a Seiko "Sea Urchin" on Tuesday late at night and it arrived in perfect condition on Thursday afternoon (in the UK)
Only thing I would say in the future. Maybe it is possible to give an estimated customs charge in the order confirmation or something.

This was my first dealing with this company, and the made it as easy as could bem there was a minor problem and they resloved it and followed u with e mailwithin miniutesm the shipping was handled with ucanny speed and I received item a full day early which I never believe! Ordered this on friday at lunch, Swedish time. On monday afternoon the watch was delivered to my home. Incredibly.
And the watch is perfect. I hesitaded if i should have steel or leather bracelet, I have allways steel on my other watches so i took the leather, and its perfect, looks good and feels well.
