I had a fabulous experience with this company. The order was processed almost immediately and the actual delivery did not take more than a few days. I could not be more impressed. The watch arrived as advertised with box, papers, etc in great shape. Great shop. Did I mention - great price!
One star is too much. I buy a watch as the site says free delivery and ask them about the costums fees they reply thats very low but when the package arrived in greece i had to pay double the price. Ask them to sent it back and refund me as i haven't took the package yet and the accepted. It's been over a month since they took back the package they doesn't give my money back and also they reply to mails with auto response that they working with their team for that. I will report them to the competent authority of their country

First of all, it is super easy pirchasing. After decided which watch you go for. In a few clicks you purchased your item, super easy. The shipment took about 3 days, and there was a weekend in between. Super relaxed, super fast. The watches are priced extremely sharp, a super deal.
One thing you should pay attention to is the customs, in every country it is different what is being charged.

As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import de have no control over this since these taxes are charged by your customs authorities (and typically are the same as Sales tax or VAT that you generally pay for your purchases. Just that we don't charge you for these taxes in advance, but your customs do during delivery). On our website this is clearly mentioned next to the shipping option you choose for your order.
As per our records your payment has been refunded and should appear in your Credit card statement in due course.
