I finally got a Sizzix Big Shot machine and began searching for Bigz dies, so my grandkids and I could turn cardboard and junk mail into fun designs. I found quite a few on Ebay and Etsy but then discovered Craft Direct, where brand-new dies are available for less-than-secondhand prices! I will definitely be shopping with them in the future. My order was professionally packaged and the dies are indeed brand-new, unopened and in perfect condition.
UPDATE: After writing the review below, I tried another tactic and reached out to the company on FB Messenger. After 4 days, I actually received a response. After asking for photos of the wrinkled cardstock, they did resend the damaged items in a rigid mailer. I still would not have confidence in them going forward, but at least they did the right thing in this instance. Ordered a pack of cardstock and some embellishment packs. They sent it in a soft sided envelope with no protection for the cardstock so it is wrinkled. I have tried emailing and calling -- no response at all! It says the following on their website: "We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of service. We make it our goal to put a smile on each of our customers' faces." NOT TRUE IN MY EXPERIENCE! I am certainly not smiling about the money wasted on wrinkled cardstock.
The products I purchased are nice and the prices were good. However, after my order was acknowledged, I never received a followup tracking number that they said would be provided when the product shipped. I reached out to their support about it but then received the package that day. So they shipped quickly - just didn't inform as they said they would. And the product (two 12x12 cardstock sets) were bent down the middle because the shipping bag was flimsy and had no support. So I won't order again. I'm pretty sure I can salvage the bent product - but this was my first order from them and if they can't bother to put a piece of cheap chipboard in their packaging to keep their products from getting bent then I can't be bothered with ordering from them again. Sad because I was really hopeful that this might be a good place for me to get paper products.
Tip for consumers:
Their free shipping is only after you spend $99 - LOL! If you order something from them realize that they are not likely to send you tracking information (based on my experience and lots of other reviews) AND it is apparently a crapshoot whether or not they will properly pack the products to avoid damage in shipping.

very hard to check out. I hope I am not charged more than once and the shipping is so high for one item. It quoted me different and when I went to check out it was more.
Shopping cart kept emptying, so I'd have to try to remember everything I had put in my cart & search for it again. Frustrating.
don't like the fact that items in my cart disappeared after being in limbo for more than a few minutes, but I like the prices!
Found good prices on the cartridges I found. Only down side of it all is the selection of cartridges they have, very limited.
the search engine was not very precise and too many results returned that did not relate to the search request ... it would not have been bad but the irrelevant ones were mixed in with the relevant
Had to wait several days to get the email so I could change my password. I was trying to place an order since Jan 18. Very frustrating.
I hate spending time or order pages and not getting to be a guest. It always scares me to give my personal information to a company I know nothing about. Worse I'm not even sure I'm going to get my order.
I never got a confirmation email and then got an email saying it had shipped on Thursday but it didn't actually ship till Saturday.
The prices are good but the Shipping and handling were terrible. What I saved in price was lost because of the S&H. I completed the order because I needed the products.
I'm excited to find these products on sale & with a coupon. Yay!
Edited: These items were a preorder. There wasn't an expected date listed for their release or delivery. It would have been helpful or nice to have an estimate so I knew when they might be coming. I'm still happy with the products & will likely order from this company again.
The international shipping is more than double the cost of what I usually pay when ordering from other USA sellers. No other complaints :)

Never answered any of my emails. Last order was missing one word die in the Tim Holtz Halloween Words pkg. I just called to ask if the skate die was in as it says pre-order....I still don't know....ordered anyways! I asked why the coupon code didn't work that was on my last order. It said 10% off your next order....Just crossing my fingers on this order too! Am I just to order again?????
Shopping is good, but very frustrating trying to input two different addresses for billing and shipping.
I first intended to order over $49.00 worth to take advantage of the free shipping but you did not stipulate that this offer did not include Canada. I would have appreciated knowing that up front as some businesses do. As well, I had to continually push the back button to go back to the previous screen. I have only encountered this on your site. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
It was a bit difficult to locate things and if I left for too long, my order was gone. It was frustrating this time trying to get what I wanted, but overall, I'm happy with the order.
Wish searching was easier. At one point I found a link for different silhouette categories by accident. Later I wanted to look at cutting mats, and there were soooo many pages filled with vinyl, not cutting mats. And I couldn't make my way back to those links from before.
there is no instruction on how to use the caritage on Cricut Expression Air 2. I have been frasutrauted how to use it and nothing works, sounds like I have to return both cartidge that I am very disappointed.
The order process was frustrating and completed only by sheer determination. I tried multiple times to check out and kept getting an error message that did not specify what field was incorrect. It just kept saying error, with no field on the screen identified as the field in question. It turned out the field in question was on the prior screen! Only by finally going backward to just start over did I see the field with the little red asterisk by it. I have received my product and am very happy with it. It was expensive, but that's my issue and I wanted the product. But a bad checkout experience nearly led me to just giving up. But I'm too stubborn. It's too bad such a wonderful site has that kind of problem with it's check out process. I would still shop here again.

Most everything I wanted was out of stock. Bought some things that as soon as I put in a quantity more that 1 - it said it wasn't available. You have good prices but you need to keep your stock up.
One of the items I received an email about was sold out so had to go with different item for birthday gift
Competitive pricing, easy location of items that I was looking for and smooth transition back and forth from cart while shopping.
You need tabs that allow you to save for next time or a tab for wish list to hold the things you would like to order later. Your update your order doesn't work very will. You do have fast delivery and all things have been so far in very good condition.
