I've only ever been here a couple of times but I think I'll make it a more regular spot. My husband and I walked into a very busy restaurant this morning and I could not believe how quickly we were served. It was almost as though the food was waiting for us before we ordered. Just because it was fast does not mean the quality was jeopardized in any way, everything was cooked perfect, it was all so good I have zero complaints. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, I will be coming back.
Always loved CB's Turkey dinner, but last night was the ultimate disappointment. Small portion of turkey (looked old and reheated), ice cold stiff mashed potatoes, no stuffing. It was TERRIBLE. The best thing about our experience was the sweet and courteous server. We used to pay $8.99 for this Thursday special. It is now $14.99. We won't be going back anytime soon. Truly a shame as it used to be so good.
Meal was fine. Waitress was very efficient. Everything went well. Afterward I was looking at the check and noticed that a glass of tea was $3.19 and a cup of coffee was $2.99. For that amount of money I could've made three gallons of tea and six pots of coffee. It's this type of "sneaky gouging" that has made me decide to stop going to such establishments. I understand profits must be made but this is extremely excessive. Your company should reconsider this pricing idea. The food is already overpriced so why squeeze more out of folks on these absurd drink prices.
We went to Cracker Barrel since the food is so good but to wait 40 minutes for a appetizer before our meal is a little ridiculous especially when the dinning room was only covered by 25 to 30 percent of customers it was like they wanted to shut down so we left the waitress said do You want Me to stop the order for Your fried pickles after 40 minutes I said Yes and left
I have always enjoyed the food but like why do y'all serve the cookies cold I really don't understand and they are 12-13 dollars for 5 cookies?I am better off buying a pack of cookies from the store I don't know why I have learned this lesson sooner to just buy packs from the store
Waiting 1-3 hours for cookies to be thawed is not too bad I understand why they did that but is not for me But overall I really enjoy the food and have not been disappointed once yet besides this cookie review
While I usually like Cracker Barrel's suppers, one in particular isn't good at all. I'm speaking of the Chicken Pot Pie. It had such an unusual taste. Neither me or my friend could place the odd taste. It was kind of bitter. I couldn't eat much of it, and it didn't sit well on my stomach. I'm hoping it wasn't bad.

Cracker Barrel did. You forget?
All was good until I went to pay the bill, Food an service exceptional, but went to pay the bill, I'm retired Navy Veteran, I asked if I can review the military discount and was told "We don't offer it in this area, because there is no military base" Well guess what? There is alot of Retires in the area, and in every area there's a Cracker Barrel location, I think with with that attitude your not showing the appreciation to all The military, active or retired.
The best thing they ever had was Sunday pork tenderloin w/ apples & pecans; long gone. Sunrise Sampler gone. Sugar free apple pie gone. Beef stew gone. Quality food is down too. Chicken dumplings have chicken and not dried out dumplings... dumplings have a little broth; very few CBs do well with either. Pick it up CB or you'll lose one of your best ever customers! I did not know I'd need proof of purchase or photos to write a review. I can find a POP but I am not.
I was in cracker barrel this afternoon and while the food was good as usual my husband and I didn't receive all of our food and our waitress didn't refill drinks or check to see about our satisfaction with our food or get the rest of it she finally came by and put our check on the table and just said there and left I was very upset and didn't say anything because I was so mad and didn't want to give the manager a bad day by saying something ugly
I know I haven't been here for a while, but Don saw the new menu. I can't believe I always come here for the eggs in a basket a good omelette know how much on the menu new eggs in a basket it's just not a great menu. Don't think it'll be coming back soon.
On June 8,2022, I stopped to eat at Cracker Barrel in Gaffney, S. C. I placed my order of Broccoli Cheddar Chicken, Green Beans, Hash brown Casserole, Biscuits. The food ALL cold, with the appearance of being cooked early on and had sat out. I actually thought I was delivered a plate of left overs. Biscuits were so hard and cold didn't try to eat. The little I did eat made me sick, nauseated with
stomach pain. The price was $15.26 plus $5 tip. The time was 6 pm. Last time I ate in Florence, S. C., May 2022, I had to send my food back. COLD. This is not the restaurant I'm used to.
Been a customer since the RESTUARANT started with tasty pancakes and large biscuits.
Now the pancakes are tough and not good with very small non flaky biscuits like rolls.
The portion sizes small and not worth the price.
Very disappointed. No longer a customer.
I was so disappointed. The day I went was my birthday and before this I so love going to eat there but now No. There was a hair in my food so I could not eat any more and it was my birthday. They were nice to me but I just couldn't trust them with my food anymore.
I am disappointed because I ordered the meatloaf dinner for family size. The meatloaf was cold and no ketchup on the meat. The dinner used to come as a whole loaf in the family size meal now just small pieces four small pieces. Price the same. I will not order family size again.
I like the food and price but the meals are always barely warm. I never get a hot meal here. Staff is always kind.
We went to cracker barrel for the first time (11/28) was not impress. We ordered the Grandma breakfast, my hashbrowns were like potato sticks, overcooked. My friend's looked like hashbrowns, we trade, it was not a table spoon of potatoes in it. I would have loved to have had onions fried in them. French toast, I don't no what they were. Flat, no flavor, crust was hard around the edge an burnt
Sent back for pancakes, better. Food could have been more warmer, 2 eggs looked like one. Country ham, should have been boiled to get the salt out, my friend had that. To salty. Our server A plus. Charshria. Great customer service. Will not be going no time soon. *******@gmail.com
It was a noisy setting as we ate our brunch in Kissimmee that Sunday in January. Tourists and locals gathered and we all enjoyed big helpings of potatoes, eggs and cornbread. Delicious! Good, quick and attentive service.
