Great and easy experience however the certification I received is not accepted by my employer therefore it is useless to me now and I am now out $20 for a certification I can't use that stated it was accepted by the health department when in fact it is not.

Adequate. But also really annoying that you are forcing me to tell you about my experience doing a CPR training on my computer at home. So maybe more annoying than adequate after all.

If you're interested in obtaining your license for something related to healthcare(such as BLS) I highly recommend you use this website! The courses are very fun and easy to understand as well as the site. Once you pass your course, they send your card in the mail immediately! No questions asked! Very good. The information was well explained and laid out. It did not take long. The video's were helpful as well. I was able to take the course on my time schedule.

I needed to recertify my CPR expertise for my work and it was fast and educational. An experience well worth the study.

The content and videos were great! However, I couldn't get the videos to stream properly on any device -- they paused every 15 or so seconds, which made them difficult to follow. I also wonder if this info is up-to-date with new AHA guidelines? It's a bit different from the current manual I purchased.

Some of the answers that had specific percentages do not match the training section of the course; i.e., the minimum alcohol content in a hand sanitizer was 70% in the training and 60% in the test. These should be checked for consistency
