Do Not Use CPI!.
Got a Quote for $59.99 and signed agreement for 60 Months. Paid over $3457. 00 for additional equipment, and when they showed up to do install was given an ultimatum to pay 99.84/month or have no service agreement. What the HE!
CPI security Cameras are setup to record when alarm goes off, not all the time and you will be charged more for going over their allotted video space.
The Installer had my sales Rep Ashley on the speaker phone while discussing the situation and she had the nerve to blame me the customer for not understanding. We had a contract in black and white and I was to blame. Really?
