I bought from you in 2004 and still use the ice cleats. I am buying these for Christmas presents because they are very safe when walking on ice. I buy these here instead of Amazon.

One item wasn't available after I completed my order and I was never contacted or notified. When I received my shipment which was supposed to be two items there was no information for the item that hadn't arrived. I had to call to try to track it down. The woman I spoke to said I should have been contacted. She also said Customer Service would be calling me, it never happened.
Good warmth and small battery. Extra batteries are too expensive though. The jacket is nice even without the warming feature.
This was purchased as a gift for my son. He had researched various jackets with power bank warming capability and this was his top choice. He was thrilled, actually said it was the best gift ever and he's rec'd some nice gifts!

Customer service was some of the worst that I have ever experienced in my entire life she basically without saying it out loud called me a liar and this was supposedly a supervisor I was talking to she would not work with me to help me solve the issue on my Exchange. She promised to call me back soon and I never even received a call back and honestly if you go on amazon.com you will find everything on this site cheaper for the exact same product I would never use this site again or trust them I hope this helps somebody and stop them from making the same mistake that I did.
