Easy web site
I ordered a pair of gloves that I needed for a winter trip, paying for the expedited 2-day shipping. The order did not ship out until 10 days after it was placed. I called for over a week to check on the status and was not able to get through to anyone. Finally I called the "place an order line" and the person told me that they would have to get back to me. Come to find out I was told that my order was "misplaced at the warehouse". Great product but sub-par customer service.
You had exactly the 'ice cleats' that I was looking for! Your site is exceptionally easy to navigate and the delivery time was good too. I am a real person and totally appreciate doing business with you!

Unfortunately, I should have order Large rather than medium, will have to exchange, but happy with the product received and the item arrived within 2 days. I recently fractured a hip and after spending 6 weeks in rehab, I wanted to be and feel safer when outside on ice and in snow.
Originally ordered a Lg but needed a XL, it ran small. The wife loves it. She now has plug in heated gear, for the trike she drives and battery powered heated gear, when she's out and about. She loves it.
