It was okay, but I was not too thrilled about the pet warmers. They are hard and not covered with any soft material. Our dog still prefers our regular heating pad, but I wanted something that was safer for her. I'm a little disappointed.
Appreciated the quick shipping and emailing the tracking number. These are for my Dad who had taken a fall. He was so excited when they arrived in the mail after I had ordered them from 1500 miles away!

Ordered the heated socks for my husband as a Christmas gift and he loves them. Now I am ordering the heated vest as a Valentine gift. He has not worn the vest yet but he liked the look of it. Testing it out this weekend. Only problem was that I did not get an email telling me when it was shipped. Since it is coming from New Mexico I was worried how long it would take to get it. Got the email that it had shipped the day it was delivered to my house. Maybe just an oversight on the data entry. Socks have been great.

This is a great product so far. I ordered the warming pad and a cover with it. We have a couple of feral cats that we look after and love. It took a little bit for them to feel safe to go in and stay in. Now I find them in there often.

They were quite happy to take $ 179.00 for a heated hoodie and it never arrived. Try using there website to contact anybody and it is useless!

Answer: Hello, Professional installation is recommended for this motorcycle seat cushion heater. You will need to open up the seat leather at the seams to install the heater underneath the first layer of leather. The product comes with installation instructions, but we definitely recommend using a professional to install. Thank you.

Is it possible you ordered from some other website? That said, we've been very successfully servicing customers for 15 years.
