I hope and look forward to this receiving this product for my lower back issues. CozyWinter heating products are the only "heating" products I use for over 10 years now, and they work forever, no problems with them.

The Cool collar works great! I'm from New York and our summers can be mighty humid, worse for my Ricochet. I wish the cool collar stayed cooler longer, but I guess my beagle is one hot dog!
I have tried several brands of electric (60 yrs) and this company is by far the best.
Have yet to use the product but ordering and even changing of sizes after placing the order was smooth
