My girlfriend likes the jacket and it's warm when the battery is charged but she said the battery didn't last nothing but a couple of hours fully charged and when we received the jacket there is a hole in the pocket as the stitching was falling apart and not fully stitched properly.

I have had electric gloves before. They used a Different cell battery. Nice to see the smaller battery.

I purchased a jacket for my wife for my wife for Christmas. She didn't care for the fit. I called Jan 5 for a return authorization. I was told that if I wanted a refund, it would to have been returned by Jan 3! So if you purchase from them for the holidays you have a little over a week to return. I did return the item for store credit & then they hit me with a restocking fee! They don't return phone calls, emails only.

I haven't used the under rug pad yet. I didn't know I had to have some kind of pad underneath it. I just thought I could use it right away. Do you have the pad that goes underneath it.? I haven't had the time to do more

Not overly warm in severe cold with the work gloves but they fit great in my large gortex winter gloves and finally, my hands are warm

Received my heated floor mat and used it right away. I use it in my garage with a cold floor and it keeps my feet nice and warm.

Good i will keep them in mind. If I need more stuff

So far product looks good on line. Phone help was very good. Ease of check out was good. Appreciate the free shipping even though I had to buy a small item. Hoping the product is as good as it looks.
