Our overall experience was great!

Almost perfect

Easy to place order and had to exchange for smaller size customer service was great got second pair and one was not working correctly so I called and they responded immediately and fixed problem customer service is awesome

Beautiful blanket but way too heavy. Cannot return because it is bedding. It was a waste of money for me.

Seems to be a very warm vest. The battery however does not last long on high unfortunately
