I have not had a chance to use them outside as it has been to extreme to be out. If they work as they claim, I will Love them. Used in the house as my hands can get very cold, & the mittens worked great.
I received the product on time. My only complaint is that when I went to your website it showed my purchase as still pending when in fact it had already shipped. Other than that you had the best price I could find which is why I ordered from you and the ice cleats are great so I am a very satisfied customer.
