Great products for cold weather
I do need to contact customer service. This was a birthday present for my husband and they sent a used pair. The pair of gloves had been returned, the packaging was a mess inside he box and the original shipping label to the first purchaser was in the box.

This is a great product. Keeps my hands warm in very cold conditions. The charger and batteries need some improvements in durability. On highest setting, red, will last about 1-½ hrs. Recommend a spare battery set if you need longer times.
Had many questions before purchase. Left a inquiry and they (Jim) called me same day. Convinced me to give this a try with money back promise if not satisfied. Works great in playroom. We are keeping it and may get another for living room.
