After a lot of searching back in February 2021 I found Covers and All the likely choice for my oversized outdoor grill cover. After measuring and measuring and even more measuring they finally accepted my dimensions. I ordered the cover in what was their strongest material. The Arizona sun really take a toll on regular material. It arrived about 2 weeks later and I put it on. Along about June 2021 I noticed unusual wear along the front top seam. Upon closer inspection I confirmed the seam was now coming apart. I thought this odd because the cover was only 6 months old. I contacted the company, sent pictures and pictures and they finally agreed the product was defective and sent a replacement cover post paid. They claim this was a first for them but they backed up their warranty admirably.

But after my order was placed, I got notified that my covers were coming from India, which means I had to deal with international shipping (slow and frustrating)

We are a global business based in Lawrenceville, Georgia with customers all over the world. The location of our current production unit (India) is mentioned in our FAQs and Terms of Use. It is also promptly disclosed when inquired. A limited portion of our product range may also be shipped from our Georgia unit.
Your order was placed on 14 August with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 26 August. Per the FedEx tracking page it was delivered on 24 August. Kindly note that we also offer faster turnaround options - Express, Priority. You can choose the desired method based on the delivery date and cost displayed next to each option.
We package each product as securely as possible. Due to the nature of the product, creasing is unavoidable, and because each order is custom made there are no standardized folds. The creases on your covers will subside eventually; leaving the cover out in the sun for a while helps. You can also use a hot air blower over the creases to minimize them.

Covers&All guarantees that products do not contain manufacturing defects and, if the product fails, breaks, or has ink issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace the product or issue you a credit equal to the value of the failed product. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
